I want to get into modding abe, and wanted to add some new caves, I thought I could honor the lost ab stella cave, by adding a cave themed around pink crystals, however, as it never got added, I have to come up with some ideas my self, I always thought the cave could have pink lava, but want about the rest of you, I want to use your ideas to make a new cave in abe, I also I'm playing with the idea of adding classes that can be bought from the trainers shop, in the cave!

Well over a decade ago, my family had adopted a rescue. For the first year he was absolutely fine, no aggression, anger, etc.
However one day, he started lunging and pushing his nose in our faces, showing teeth, barking a lot more, becoming a bit more reactive to noises (like a table or chair moving), he would nip at our clothing, and sometimes completely rip shirts or sweaters off of us.
We knew a credentialed trainer, and while doing an independent training session, he did end up biting. We had to put the dog down because we could not train out his aggression, and he was a risk to guests and family. We were not novice owners either. Anyways, we haven't had a dog since, as there is now a fear of dogs in the family :(.
Recently, we have been thinking of adopting. You hear "adopt, don't shop" and whatnot, and I am all for this, however there is still a fear of a dog that shows no sign of aggression for awhile, and suddenly becoming aggressive is now something that is making us hesitant. Rescue dogs aren't normally coming from good backgrounds, often times abandonment and abuse. Whereas breeders are sometimes "better" (NOT saying ethical).
The question is, what warning signs are there in advance that we can see to prevent this from happening? Maybe training soon after adoption is an option?

I just recently finished a perfect deathless nuzlocke run of Vanilla Emerald (in my runs, a "perfect run" is battling every single trainer and getting all of the possible encounters), and I wanted to provide some tips for those wondering what to do for fights or encounter routing for dupes clause. Before I begin, here is my ruleset:
-Standard deathless hardcore nuzlocke rules (1st encounter only, gym leader level caps, set mode, no items except for held items, 1 death = reset).
-Shiny Clause: I can freely catch a shiny, but I have to use it on the E4 team (for the Champion Picture).
-Rare Candies are hacked in to avoid grinding and time poorly wasted.
-Battling wild encounters for the sake of grinding EVs is banned (This makes the game MUCH harder as you can only grind EVs off of the limited number of trainer battles).
-Rematching trainers is banned (Limited EV investments and limited money).
-Level Edging is banned. Once the Pokemon has reached the level cap, they are boxed until the gym fight.
-Legendaries are permitted if they are under level cap. In other words, Rayquaza is unusable, but the Regi Trio is fair game.
-Wallace is the end game.
Roxanne Split:
I prefer getting the following encounters, in ideally the following order:
-Mudkip on Route 101. He is undisputedly the best starter. Reset for a better nature/IVs than mine. I had Bold with bad IVs.
-Poochyena (Explicitly for Dupes Clause and Tate & Liza)
-Zigzagoon (HM Mule + Pickup. Reset if Zig is not the encounter on routes 102 or 103.)
-Wurmple (Reset game to roll Dustox)
-Taillow (Repel manip @ Level 8 on Route 116 for a 91% chance at rolling Taillow, after nabbing Poochyena. Reset if the game rolls Skitty. I also don't play with Shedinja, so no Nincada, not to mention Nincada is heavily inconsistent to encounter.)
-Whismur (Rusturf, useful for almost all of the repel manip strats)
-Shroomish (come back after getting Wurmple and Taillow for a 75% chance at getting Shroomish. Reset if Slakoth is rolled.)
Yes, I reset for ideal early game encounters. This set of encounters makes the game so much smoother. There is lots of coverage in this team and there are almost no chances for deaths if you play around crits and Bide Seedots. Use documentation in case you do not know what you are facing next.

• All of these particular encounters are about a 1 in 6 to get if done correctly.
• Taillow is great once it gets Wing Attack at Level 13.
• Zig should be Level 11 or higher for a small chance at picking up King's Rock.
• Whismur and Poochyena should not be past levels 13 and 14 respectively (for the next repel manip).
• I reset if Wingull appears, as you can catch one on the water routes after you obtain Surf.

Roxanne Fight: Use Mudkip for Roxanne's Geodudes and Shroomish for the Nosepass. Leech Seed until you win.
Brawly Split: Magikarp, Tentacool, and Repel manip @ Level 10 for a guaranteed Makuhita.

• Aron is not reliable besides boom fodder from Exploding Koffing
• Sableye is unnecessary if you have Dustox/Beautifly to fight Brawly with (plus you get one in Cave of Origin after catching Zubat in Seafloor Cavern).

Brawly Fight: Solo with Dustox/Beautifly or poisoned Taillow. Unpoisoned Taillow gets killed by Makuhita nearly every time.
Wattson Split: Roll your Route 117 encounter before rolling your Route 110 encounter. Remember your repel manip Poochyena and Whismur? Use these now. You want Level 14 Oddish on Route 117 and any of the other Level 13 encounters (repel manip to avoid Wingulls) on Route 110. Any encounter will do fine. If you roll Electrike here, you will need to roll the tedious 1% Kecleon on Route 118 (I typically go for Sharpedo on Route 122 for anyone trying to point out Carvanha).
Wattson Fight: This is a tough one. I make sure that Marshtomp, Breloom, Hariyama, and Gloom (if I rolled an Oddish) is all on my team. I hate that the AI is really stupid, so I typically do not bring Gyarados for that reason, unless I am intentionally switching between Gyarados and Marshtomp (Gyarados is great for pivoting in Rom Hacks where the AI is smarter). Equip a bunch of Cheri Berries onto everything, and maybe a Persim Berry on Marshtomp if you received one from the flower shop on Route 104.
Flannery Split: There are a lot of potential encounters here. Here are some highlights:

• Bring a Level 16 Pokemon with you for two different repel manips (Fiery Path and Route 113) and then once more at level 18 on Route 114 for Lombre. Repel manipping at Level 16 in Fiery Path eliminates the Slugma and Grimer encounters which are both pretty bad. If you want to increase your chances at Skarmory on Route 113 (explained in detail a few lines down), you can try your luck for Slugma here. Lombre sucks but Ludicolo will carry in the E4 when you give it Fake Out, Giga Drain, Surf, and Ice Beam.
• Repel past the Rock Smash rocks on Route 111 to avoid Geodude. If you do NOT roll Torkoal in Fiery path, get the Geodude so that you can guarantee Torkoal in Magma Hideout after Winona. Graveler is decent for Maxie, Flannery, Norman, and Winona. Garbage afterward. Geodude and Graveler are also harder to obtain in Magma Hideout because they will then have acquired Self-Destruct (Acquired at Level 21).
• I actually go for Skarmory here now. Waiting to roll Electrode in Aqua Hideout, then 50% chance for Magnet Pull Magnemite in New Mauville, then 55% chance for Skarmory on Route 113 is so tedious, and Skarmory does not have much use after Aqua Hideout anyways. It comes out to about a 26% chance to get Skarmory by doing all of this dancing around. But by repel manipping at Level 16, Level 14 and 15 Spindas and Slugmas do not appear, making Skarmory's chance of appearing significantly better because he is ONLY found at Level 16. It is approximately a 14% chance from the original 5% chance for Skarmory to appear. If you roll Slugma in Fiery Path, those odds are increased to approximately 19% Perma-box the encounter if you do not roll Skarmory.
• Save Meteor Falls for the 50/50 Bagon.

Nothing else major to note. Numel is nice to have for Winona (Evolves into Camerupt right at level cap). Spoink is guaranteed if you roll Numel and Machop. I've heard of useful strats out of Grumpig, but have never utilized those strats myself.
Maxie fight: Gyarados and Hariyama do well here. Graveler is notable. Marshtomp is ok. Bubblebeam Azumarill is great, especially if you have Thick Fat.
Flannery Fight: Oh boy, our first real run-killer if playing deathless like me. Everything can be washed away with Bubblebeam Azumarill or Tentacool except for Torkoal. Don't let her set up Sunny Day and don't get crit. Sometimes stealing her White Herb can help but it can also waste a turn for Sunny Day set up. Double Team is useful, but set it up on Slugma (Tentacool is ideal, just watch out for Body Slam crits from Torkoal, as those WILL kill without EV investment). Thick Fat Azumarill is actually ideal for this fight. Graveler Magnitude 10 will one-shot Torkoal. Dragon Rage Gyarados is great even though Intimidate does not work because of White Smoke. Try to avoid using Marshtomp, aa he does not do enough damage. Wobbuffet can be useful, but it is a guessing game on what move Torkoal will use.
Norman Split:

• 50/50 for Trapinch. Good luck. If Sandshrew is rolled, give it the Dig TM for Norman and caves. He is otherwise the best candidate for Dig. If you do roll Trapinch, wait to evolve into Vibrava until Level 41 so that it gets Dig.
• Also, the fossil is open for fair game. I typically pick up Lileep for fishing, since the Suction Cups ability increases the chance of encounters appearing vis the rods. But Protect Battle Armor Anorith is a nice option for Norman.
• Watch out for the trainer with a Slakoth in the gym, as it knows Counter and will one-shot your Breloom or Hariyama if you are not careful.

Norman Fight: Here's my strategy. Persim Berry Hariyama will kill the first three mons on Norman's team. Do NOT use Fake Out on Spinda, as it knows Encore. Just click Vital Throw three times. Make sure Vigoroth does not crit, otherwise you might need a backup mon, like Breloom.
When Slaking comes out, send in your Torkoal, Anorith, or Dustox (or Pelipper if you don't reset for early game encounters like me and you do catch Wingull early). Equip a Leppa Berry on your Protect mon and slowly whittle away the brute. Sandslash is also okay if you know whether you are faster or slower, as Dig can be handy if you have good defensive investments. Remember that if Slaking is intended to attack on the turns Norman heals, Slaking will NOT attack next turn. If he heals on loaf turns, Slaking WILL attack the following turn.
Winona Split: Here's a list of the encounters you should roll, in the following order:
-Wingull on Route 109
-Electrike/Manectric/Kecleon on Route 118 (Repel manip @ Level 26 if you are going for Electrike/Manectric.)
-Wailmer w/ Good Rod on Route 108 (you can also get this on the eastern water routes, I tend to forget about him if I catch him later though).
-Feebas on Route 119. Yes, get the Feebas. This is the ONLY reason I choose the Root Fossil (Lileep) in my runs, is that Suction Cups increases the likelihood of rod mons to appear, including Feebas. Fish 2-3 times per tile and move on. You only get the lower section to work with (since the upper section is unlocked after obtaining Castform, which would be your encounter for the route). I've gotten Feebas as early as the 2nd and 4th tiles on two separate save files. Use Kelpsy Berries to evolve into Milotic. Surf, Ice Beam, Toxic, Recover. Boom, you have a lethal weapon on your team.
-Wait for the Route 115 encounter until after rolling the repel manipped Level 39 Altaria at Sky Pillar.
-Anything except Kecleon on Route 120. Absol can ruin your day with Swords Dance/Quick Attack/Razor Wind.
-Notice how Route 105 was not mentioned. This is just in case you roll the 5% Underwater Relicanth so that you can bring Regice to the E4.
Notes: Trainers begin to get tougher now, with halfway decent strats and cores to ruin your day. Read the docs to know what you're facing. Make good use of the Exp Share, Amulet Coin, and Macho Brace in all of your battles. If you are Exp grinding, make use of the day care, just make sure your useless moves are in the top slots so that you don't lose a good move you can't get back. Remember also that the day care does not EV train your Pokemon.
Winona Fight: Use Bolt Beam Gyarados and sweep. That's it. Alternatively, Camerupt and Manectric are good choices.
Tate & Liza Split:
-Shuppet on Route 121
-Duskull on the upper levels of Mt. Pyre
-Safari Zone Encounter (Psyduck, Girafarig, Pikachu, Doduo, Rhyhorn, Natu, etc.): Go for the easy-to-catch encounters if you are playing hard Safari Zone rules (1st encounter only, no 2nd attempts for run-away mons). I like rolling Psyduck because they are guaranteed and are easy to catch.
-Kecleon on Route 123 if he is not already caught
-Magma Hideout encounter (Torkoal or Geodude/Graveler)
-Electrode in Aqua Hideout (Use the Master Ball sitting next to the Electrode, as you will not need the Master Ball more anywhere else more than on an Exploding Electrode. Your only other option is Damp Psyduck from the Safari Zone, whose ability is a 50/50 roll. and nearly dies to Spark Crit anyways.)
-Magnemite in New Mauville (Magnet Pull is preferred if you still have not rolled Route 113.
-Skarmory on Route 113 if you don't take my advice and roll for him in the late game. Just make sure Magnet Pull Magnemite is your first member in the party.
Get the Super Rod and use it for the following encounters (just be careful of over-leveled trainers) in no particular order:
-Staryu in Lilycove City (Can be used in E4)
-Luvdisc in Evergrande (Useless)
-Corsola on Route 128 (Mostly useless, this can be swapped with Luvdisc)
-Horsea on Routes 132, 133, or 134 (Useless without trades, with the exception of being a useful HM Water Mule)
-Corphish in Petalburg City (Useful for Tate & Liza)
-Sharpedo on Route 122 (Useful for Tate & Liza)
Once again, watch out for tricky strategies.

• Don't hesitate to battle trainers in single battles rather than double battles (Looking at you Rain Thunder Manectric & Weather Ball Castform combo on Route 120).
• There are a few Wobbuffets at this point who will ruin your day. One sitting at the top floor of Mt. Pyre and one in the purple room of the Mossdeep Gym. Use your Milotic or Dustox with Toxic, Will-o-Wisp mons, or Leech Seed Breloom to handle the Wobbuffets.
• Slaking double battle on Route 121 can be deadly.
• Magnet Pull Magneton can ruin your day on Route 123.
• Bring Gyarados or Pelipper to Maxie 2 as well as Hariyama and Manectric. They are also both useful in warding off wild encounters with their respective abilities (both Intimidate and Keen Eye reduce the likelihood of wild encounters appearing).
• Aqua Hideout is a cakewalk compared to Magma Hideout.

Tate & Liza Fight: Get ready to kill them quickly or be killed. My strat is as follows: Poisoned Swellow uses Facade on Xatu to OHKO it. Wailord uses Protect on the incoming EQ from Claydol or Water Spout if it is faster. Swellow either Facades again on Claydol, Protects, or switches out to a Water or Dark Type. Wailord blasts Claydol again or switches to something else. Some notable switches:

• Cloud Nine Golduck does well for the Sunny Day Solrock
• Mightyena gets Taunt right at Level 42
• Gyarados is immune to EQ and gets Surf
• Sharpedo and Crawdaunt do well with Surf/Protect if their Natures and IVs are not terrible

Make sure to have 2 dark types at minimum for this fight and leave Lunatone to be the last one on the field. Even though it has Calm Mind, the only attacking move it has is Psychic.
Juan Split:
-Underwater Encounter. Yes, the location description is "Underwater," not "Route 124." You want Chinchou, regardless of whether it has Volt Absorb or not (VA is a plus). Manectric and Electrode both have a 50/50 chance of having the Static ability, which boosts the chance of electric types appearing when the beholder is first in the party. It does not make Chinchou guaranteed, but much more likely to appear than the less-than-fortunate 30% chance. This is why Pikachu is an option in the Safari Zone since it is guaranteed to have Static. Just make sure you feed the PokeBlock feeder the color that Pikachu likes (never used this method myself but there are articles about it online) to have a good chance to catch it. Relicanth is nice for Regice. Clamperl would be good if you could obtain it early game but you can't. Even with the DeepSeaTooth and Shell Armor it simply cannot do that much.
-Seafloor Cavern: Get the Luxury Ball first in the Abandoned Ship and then catch Zubat here. Bring Vileplume/Bellossom with Sleep Powder and then whittle it down with other moves to have the best chance for capture with the one Luxury Ball you are guven in the entire game.
-Shoal Cave: You do Seafloor Cavern first to guarantee Spheal here. Spheal is better than Snorunt. Trust me.
-Cave of Origin: Sableye (Useless)
-Sky Pillar: Repel manip @ Level 39 on the 2nd to top floor for a guaranteed Altaria. It does not have Perish Song. That is much safer than playing with an Exploding Claydol.
-Route 115: NOW you may get your useless Jigglypuff.
Get the Blue Shards and Water Stones. These are useful for Lombre and Staryu. Everything else is mostly useless except for a Leaf Stone if you are evolving Gloom into Vileplume (do it after level 35 for Moonlight).
Besides Archie (Use Hariyama, Manectric/Electrode/Magneton, Gyarados, etc.), this is a fairly easy split and you can obtain a LOT of money from the trainers underneath Juan's gym with the Amulet Coin. This is useful for all the TMs in the Game Corner.
Juan Fight: Use your electric type on everything except for Whiscash and Kingdra. Whiscash is defeated with a grass type, just kill it before it sets up Amnesias and PP stalls you out of your grass type moves. Alternately use a powerful physical attacker who doesn't die easily. Kingdra can be PP stalled with a recovering water type, and that is usually your best option. Once again Milotic shines here. Starmie is also rather good here, given you made sure to teach it Recover before evolving it. Otherwise, you can use a mon with Shock Wave/Faint Attack/Aerial Ace/Magical Leaf and some sort of recovery, and wish for a crit.
Elite 4 Split:
-Bagon in Meteor Falls. Watch out for Fire Spin trapping Solrock, as I had to reset once here this late in the game because of it.
-Aron/Lairon in Victory Road. Cradily, Exploud, and Soundproof Electrode are your three options for catching this because all three are immune to Roar. This is why you go for Makuhita in Granite Cave because only Cradily is immune to Whirlwind Hariyama in Victory Road and it dies to Hariyama's Belly Drum + SmellingSalt. Hariyama is also so much more useful during the story than Aron/Lairon will ever be. Alternatively, you can roll for Mawile which is miles worse.
Victory Road trainers are tough. Make sure you battle the last two trainers one at a time because their strategies are top tier (Skill Swap on Slakings + Coverage). No Wobbuffets fortunately but plenty of other stuff to mess you up. Look at docs before battling each and every trainer. Having a Dig mon (Flygon/Sandslash) is nice to escape easily. Take Linoone to HM blast your way through the maze. Unlike what other sources say, you do NOT need Waterfall to get through Victory Road.
E4 Fight: I finished the E4 deathless with a mono water team consisting of Gyarados, Milotic, Starmie, Swampert, Ludicolo, and VA Lanturn. In my run, Starmie was almost never used, despite having some impressive coverage options and Recover. Milotic saved my run against Wallace. Gyarados can pivot into anything. Lanturn was the electric type for my team, though Gyarados also possessed T-bolt for Wallace.
Some other notable options include:

• Hariyama for Sidney (Bring another Persim Berry) and Glacia's Glalies.
• Manectric/Electrode for Glacia and Wallace if you miss out on Lanturn. Magneton is nice but gets shredded due to its poor Speed and Special Defense.
• Other bulky water types for Wallace. Make sure they have Aspear Berries in the last fight, as Wallace loves to freeze your team.
• Ice Beam mon for Drake. Doesn't matter, just make sure it is tanky.
• Something that doesn't die to Phoebe's coverage options. The Banettes are easy to handle but have coverage options like Thunderbolt. The Dusclops will quickly rid you of your PP. The Ace Dusclops has coverage beyond belief (Ice Beam, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Shadow Ball). Sableye is just there to cause trouble and frustration with Double Team.
• Wallace is the real threat that you need to set your team around. Everything else in the E4 can be covered with the tools that you bring. I opt for a mono water team often because it is so good at countering Wallace. You need OHKO answers for Wailord and Gyarados. You need to PP Stall his Milotic if you are not blasting it to the moon (Meaning you need either a Poison/Steel type or Rest to counter Toxic). You need an answer for Hyper Beams that Wallace will be launching at you. Use the Sludge Bomb or Aerial Ace TMs for the Ludicolo or stall it with a grass type. Nonetheless, this is the one battle you are truly prepping for. Everything else comes second.

I’m done with vinted and just going to donate to charity shops.
I sell almost all my items for £1-£3 despite them being in perfect condition, even basics in primark are usually over £10 now.
Most of my clothes are from H&M and tend to be cotton, I upload with the size as well.
Twice I’ve sold trainers or a tracksuit (new balances that were perfect condition and a juicy tracksuit) and both times the buyer managed to claim they never arrived.
I’m finding buyers are generally entitled and will buy then ask ‘when can you ship’ (like, within 7 days or ask before buying??) and my phones always inundated with notifications from people wanting me to instantly respond.
I had a girl send me a really passive aggressive message for not getting back to her in time that suited her. I find emotionally I don’t have the energy for this.
Most my items are sold at a pound and the price process of packaging and going to the shop and finding 9/10 times evri isn’t working, so going back home with my parcels, is not worth the labor.
I can’t upload sliders I bought from ego clothing as apparently they are counterfeit. They wouldn’t be sold on ego if so and the same with a bag from river island. Vinted haven’t gotten back to my disputes.
I’m not going to give up just yet and I’ll keep an open mind to suggestions and new ideas. But right now I have a huge box of items and the upload process isn’t exactly super quick and I’m considering just giving them to charity instead of probably making roughly £15 from nearly £1000 worth of clothes.

For our companies entire business model based on the closest to expiration food and the most minimalistic of staff; they implemented a “they shop for you” online ordering system, which sounds nifty. In reality it was an adrenaline fueled hellscape, Imagine being the only cashier, only worker even at the store, having the longest line you have ever seen, being buzzed every other second by the HHT to find and then scan each items for the pickup order, while still being expected to do at least 2 roll trainers on your 6 hour shift. I had the misfortune of only having to do 2 pickup orders for that bullshit service, and every time 70% of the items were out - discontinued and we didn’t have a replacement item feature like DoorDash so the person was always surprised by the nothing they got, that they might as well look for the replacement themselves while they are here.

I’m 8 months pregnant and HANGRY. Even so at this very moment. My husband works from home, travels otherwise. Every day he has all of this freedom. Today, he showered, got a hair cut, bought himself lunch and is now shopping until it’s his time with his trainer at the gym. I woke up, made my daughter (2) breakfast the whole routine etc. no shower for me. I could get over it but he goes out for lunch every day and I feel since I don’t make money I expected to scrounge around the house and find something. My daughter has allergies so she has very strict meals. IM JUST CRYING IM SO HUNGRY AND she’s napping and I can’t even leave to get something 😭

Hi everyone,
I have completed a 6-month course in industrial automation technology and am looking to apply for a factory operator position in Malaysia. I am aiming for an operator position in the production/manufacturing sectors, within the electronic industry or anything related. I am new to this field and have no prior experience working as a factory operator, so any input and feedback from you all is greatly appreciated.
I have not yet applied online or in person, but have learned that in my country, some operators from social media suggest asking for job applications at the front desk and also submitting my resume directly to them.
I am very nervous about applying because of my Certificate section. Is it okay to elaborate on my coursework skills like this in my resume? Or should I just list bullet points of the things I learned (like in next image)?

Note: There are some gaps in my timeline due to attending college, which I eventually dropped out of. I did not include this in my resume as it was unrelated to the industry I am targeting. Before I get to anything, I want to say that I've been loving this game the past few weeks. I was never too sold on the individual games, but this sleek, tightly-packaged, fast-paced, high-content version really nails it for me.
I've been thoroughly initiated by a few friends by now, but with that said, there's a few things I'd like to give feedback on from the lens of a new player and hear what others have to say about them;

• I can't always tell when I encounter a sub-Legendary, Legendary, Mythical, Ultra Beast, etc -- I'm simply not familiar with many of them, especially the more recent or less mainstream ones; I'd love it if there was a way immediately tell upon encountering one - maybe a different colored border, name text/outline color, etc.
• I don't know what any of the Abilities/HA/Passives do! It'd be great if you could "view Summary" in the pokedex like you can during a run and it let you cycle through the different versions.
• It would be awesome if you could Cycle through evolutions/forms in the pokedex when looking at a Starter, not just for curiosity and completionism sake, but also because lots of mons can change/adapt their Typings and that's pretty important when picking a Starter.
• When I catch a new mon, it would be nice if I could view its Summary before choosing whether I want to release another one for it or not, bonus points if you could view the IVs of mons in the Summary view.

Now, that's what I have to say about Accessibility/QoL stuff. The following is going to be a lot more subjective and potentially controversial, but there's a few gameplay related pieces of feedback I'd like to give as well.

• Runs feel a little too long and unstructured, the Map being a random drop doesn't help much either. Despite that, the Rival/Final Boss being so predictable also lessens the replayability and run variety quite a bit.
• The costs of various pokemon don't seem too balanced, especially when you factor in the -2 reduction being so disproportionally powerful for 3 and 4-costs compared to the rest, plus the Growth Rate seems to be a rather useless stat as per my next point.
• Reaching Level cap across all mons in your party is pretty much a foregone conclusion without any effort regardless of growth rates, if so what's the point? EXP Charms are pretty much auto-pickups without any thought involved and you get enough EXP Alls that you stop having to care about leveling out your team, by the time you reach the mid-game you're pretty much capping out your levels before you even get to the final wave in each Biome and that's without eggs and pokerus, it also makes candies mostly useless past the early game. If the answer is that it makes sense in Endless, then I encourage rethinking that approach.
• Speaking of Endless, I don't believe it should be its own separate game mode. Why not allow you to continue a run past the Classic End and into Endless, the way most other games do it? Endless having no trainers, gyms, Rival, etc. makes it feel like a watered down version of Classic, which is a shame because it's the "optimal" way to farm Legendaries and Shinies.
• Moving onto that topic, access to Legandaries and Shinies being balanced around Endless farming is a little discouraging because of how different of a game Endless is, I'm personally not a big fan of the way Endless funnels your playstyle and becomes more of an exodia cheese-fest stacking/layering a bunch of broken mechanics after a while. Classic should be a little more rewarding; perhaps Classic should have more Voucher rewards, considering how rare Legendaries and Shinies are.
• By broken mechanics I'm referring to stuff like Salt Cure, stacking Wide/Multi Lens, Splicing to get broken stuff like Huge Power and STABing your strongest move, finding a way to ignore statuses and everything else that ultimately attempts to make the game as much of a non-game as possible, also heavily enabled by how much Luck warps the game, essentially forcing you to bring a strong Carry followed by as much Luck as you can -- all of which is necessary for Endless, of course, because Endless has its share of broken "difficulty modifiers" that necessitate these strategies. I don't have many suggestions to share for this as I'm just not a fan of that play style but I know many others do. This isn't a broken mechanic, but I'm also not the biggest fan of how protein works, you're essentially encouraged to feed everything to one mon and then having the singular carry while everyone else just watches with some powerful support mechanic or the occasional cheese enabler -- spreading them thin renders them far, far less useful in a game like this, especially as difficulty scales higher, especially considering how much a singular carry is already too encouraged thanks to things like the Splicer, the Wide Lens, Legendary stat lines and Shiny Luck.

Finally, I'd like to finish it off with some suggestions of my own, unrealistic I'm sure but I enjoy coming up with ideas and improvements for games based on what I'm finding lacking:

• Adding more structure to a run:
  • Separating the game into three chunks of 50 waves followed by the Final End biome.
  • The map becomes a default feature of the game.
  • Per-level Shop is replaced by an Inventory that holds your current Stock.
  • Store checkpoints at every xx5 wave with limited Stock.
  • Item drops and luck slightly nerfed.
  • Special encounter after the end of each Biome (listed with the Map, so for example; Forest - Store, Mountains - Pokeranch, Metropolis - Item Store, etc.).
• Adding more benefits/items/tokens/etc. that take the original cost of that mon into account, for example items that buff mons in a way that's inversely proportional to their cost (like an item that gives mons (10-original Cost)% increased damage, a Token that increases both side's mon's damage received/dealt inversely proportional to original cost, treating non-player mons as having -1 or -2 original cost.) so that weaker mons can be both more menacing on the opposite side and so that you're not essentially funneled to playing with a broken Legendary that solos the game on its own -- they'd still be overall stronger than cheaper mons, mind you, I'm not suggesting that cheaper mons should eventually outscale more expensive mons (add caps to the relevant items/tokens to ensure this). Spliced mons count as their average cost.
• Weekly themed mode that restricts/limits some of your starter roster to encourage more creative replayability.
• Nightmare mode after you beat Classic mode that requires more optimized mons and set-ups (opponents have more items/berries/protein, plus tokens); could even have various stages/ascensions that unlock as you obtain more Nightmare mode Ribbons. Additionally, for Nightmare mode, the final boss could be Spliced (or even Extra-Spliced with both typings being different) with you learning of the Boss's typings/splicings as you progress through the run, like at the end of each Chunk of 50 for example.
• To cope with Nightmare mode and the like, adding more grinding/min-maxing, such as the ability to turn Ribbons into Candies (inversely proportional to cost like how it already works with Friendship candies) or boosting EVs with Candies.

Hi all, hopefully this is the best place to put this. For most of my life I’ve always worn either converse or vans as I find them stylish, and to my taste, however they are notoriously awful for foot support.
I usually just put gel insoles in as I’ve never really liked the look of other trainers as they’re very sporty looking, however I’m at the point where I’d rather invest in some good quality shoes that have built in support. Does anyone have any brands they recommend that provide this while also not looking hideous? (Similar style to converse, vans. Semi retro. Classic and simple sort of style.)

• Kickoff with Ludwig Kaiser demanding the gratitude of the fans before introducing the new King of the Ring, GUNTHER! GUNTHER says on Saturday he beat Randy Orton and is now the rightful King of the Ring, and with that he has also earned the right to challenge the World Heavyweight Champion at Summer Slam and turns his attention to Damian Priest. He says Priest has stepped up since Rhea has been out injured and took on the new responsibilities, the same way he stepped up to restore the prestige of the Intercontinental Championship. GUNTHER says the King of the Ring tournament also lacked prestige so it was on him to raise it once again, and now the World Heavyweight Championship is held by a man who took a shortcut to win it so he looks to restore the prestige of it as well. Damian Priest along with Balor and McDonough make their way down, and Priest scoffs at the idea of him taking shortcuts when everyone saw that Orton's shoulder was up and the only thing GUNTHER should take credit for is screwing Randy over. Priest says he earned the contract and cashed in the way many others had before and offers to teach GUNTHER how things work around here. GUNTHER says he only cares about the facts, and the fact is if Priest is still the champion at Summer Slam then he'll be taking that title from him. GUNTHER says he is still waiting for someone to teach him since he's gotten here and so far no one has been able to and tells Priest that he loves this sport more than anyone else and challenges him to teach him this business before or after he beats him. Priest says he respects what GUNTHER has accomplished, but he's never been world champion and promises to go to war at Summer Slam. Drew McIntyre makes his way down to the ring, after getting CM Punk chants he says that the highlight of his return has been him since if he didn't injure Punk then he'd have gotten fired already. Drew tells GUNTHER and Priest that he'll be champion in less than 3 weeks, GUNTHER takes his leave. Damian says he isn't looking past Drew but he already knows what the outcome is going to be. Drew tells Priest he's spreading himself too thin, with the Judgement Day screwing up left and right since Mami got injured. He warns Priest to focus on himself, he says that he is the only person from the UK to ever win a World Championship in WWE and he's done it four times. Drew tells Priest to go back and watch Clash at the Castle and see the reaction he got that threw even Roman Reigns off his game, and this time they're in Scotland. Drew gives a quick geography lesson showing where Scotland is compared to Wales and says that up there they're all mad like him and he just got cleared and he's taking the title. Priest asks if that's really Drew's best shot, that the crowd is going to boo him? Priest says he's been doubted his whole life and Drew won't get under his skin and asks if Drew's wife will be there. Drew tells him to pick his next words carefully and Priest says it was that easy to get under Drew's skin. They are interrupted by Braun Strowman coming to the ring. Drew leaves the ring to Priest who goes face to face with Braun before backing off and telling JD to get in the ring.
  
• After the opening match Finn and Carlito go to beat down Braun but he powers out and throws both of them out of the ring. JD swings at Braun's back with a chair but it has no effect and the Judgement Day retreat with Braun in tow.
  
• Liv Morgan says she doesn't regret how she won on Saturday, she says she isn't going to talk about Dom, she wants to talk about finally becoming Women's World Champion. She says she is going to prove that she did this on her own by beating Becky once again, this time in her first ever steel cage match.
  
• Backstage Finn asks Carlito why he wasn't out there earlier when Priest approaches them and says this should have been settled and tasks them with finding JD and regroup at the club house.
  
• In the trainers room Ricochet is cleared to compete and Adam Pearce says as much as he wouldn't advise it, Richocet will get his match with Bron once he's done with his fine. Ilja Dragunov approaches Ricochet and tells him he wants to go another round but he fights men to break them, but he doesn't fight broken men. Ricochet says he's never been broke and he just got cleared to compete and tells Ilja to get his gear.
  
• Bron levels Ricochet with a spear during his match, Ilja intervenes to attack Bron but is layed out by a Spear as well. Pearce comes down with officials to escort Bron out of the building.
  
• Backstage Pearce is ranting at Bron as he leaves the arena, Adam storms off and runs into Kiana James and says he needs a drink.
  
• Earlier today R-Truth is running an ice cream truck, Miz asks why he's dressed in all white and Truth says you gotta represent his flavor, Miz is vanilla and naturally he's...strawberry. Miz goes to say what he thought Truth was going to say when The New Day walk up and ask what he was going to say. Truth closes up shop and hands Woods an ice cream cone. Karrion Kross approaches and asks when they're going to cut this New Day crap and asks Woods when he thinks Kofi is going to let him shine on his own. Woods says they aren't going to break up a ten year friendship like the New Day and Kross tells them to watch AOP tonight.
  
• Rey Mysterio says he welcomes Carlito into the LWO with open arms but his jealousy towards Dragon Lee clouded him and now he's running to the Judgement Day hoping they'll accept him like he did. Rey says Carlito won't be facing an old friend, he'll find out what happens when you cross the LWO.
  
• Sheamus makes his way down to the ring, he says King of the Ring was banger after banger but sadly no Sheamus, all because of Ludwig smashing his knee. Sheamus says he isn't bitter, but he's a bit salty that GUNTHER's glorified coatrack was running his mouth while he was healing up but now he's back and can't wait to get his hands on him. Ludwig appears on the tron and says he heard Sheamus whining and complaining, once again blaming him when he should be blaming GUNTHER since no one else stood a chance of winning the tournament. He calls Sheamus a keyboard warrior and that Ludwig Kaiser does what he wants on his schedule. Sheamus tells him to shut the hell up before storming to the back to look for Ludwig. Sheamus makes his was into the corridors in the back but is ambushed by Kaiser and the two brawl back out onto the stage as officials try to separate the two.
  
• Backstage Becky tells Lyra that Saturday didn't go their way, but it's always about learning and getting better...until it's time to walk away. She wishes Lyra luck and suggests she get a set of kneepads next time.
  
• Finn and Carlito return to the Clubhouse and Priest asks where JD is at but Carlito says they haven't found him yet. Priest also asks why Carlito is there since he isn't part of Judgement Day and has a match anyways. Carlito leaves as JD returns and explains he told Liv that she won't have the title for long. Dom returns and admits he screwed up as Priest tells him he better fix things tonight.
  
• Kairi and Dakota return to Iyo's locker room after Kairi's loss, Iyo loses it and wrecks her locker room before storming off.
  
• Finn Balor interferes with Rey's match with Carlito and after the match Rey attacks him to get some revenge. He sets Finn on the announce table for Dragon Lee to dive onto but Damian Priest runs in to take out Rey and Lee.
  
• Backstage Chad Gable asks where Tozawa wasn't in Saudi and says he must have had a very good reason but says he isn't mad, he's just disappointed. Braun Strowman storms past looking for JD. Otis and Maxxine walk up and Chad tells Max to stay in the back tonight before telling Otis that against his better judgement he'll let him redeem himself against Bronson Reed tonight, no matter what.
  
• Otis goes to leave after his loss but Chad Gable demands he get in the ring and calls down Maxxine and Tozawa for a meeting right there and now. Chad asks Otis what is he going to do with him first he cost Chad the IC Title in Saudi Arabia but now he blew his second chance too. Chad says Otis lacks discipline so tonight he's going to show him discipline in front of everyone here. Chad says he doesn't want to do this but he made him do this and whips off his belt. He tells Otis to grab the rope as Otis walks towards the ropes and Chad tells Tozawa and Maxxine to watch since this is what happens when you bring shame to the Academy. He tells Otis this will hurt him a lot more than it'll hurt him. Chad goes to strike Otis but Maxxine grabs his arm to stop him, Chad asks if this is too much for her and tells her to get the hell out of the ring and to leave and not come back. He tells Tozawa to stand there and watch but before he can strike again Sami Zayn makes his way out, stopping to check on Maxxine before heading to the ring. Chad tells Sami this is Alpha Academy business and to stay out of it as Sami steps up onto the apron and then into the ring. Sami asks Chad what he's going to do and says Chad is a weak little man. He has manipulated his way into opportunties for the Intercontinental Championship but each time he came up short and the only person who's fault it is was Chad himself. Chad says he could get the job done anytime he wants and he would have finished things on Saturday if it wasn't for this idiot. Chad goes to attack Otis once again but Sami grabs his arm and takes the belt out of his hand before tossing it away. Otis steps to Sami and Sami asks what he's going to do and how much more of his crap is her going to take and it is time he starts listening to the people. Sami tells him to listen to his heart as Chad blindsides Sami and starts to attack him but Sami fights back and begins to rain down punches on Gable until Otis pulls him off. Sami argues with Otis before Chad hits him with Chaos Theory. Chad gets on top of Sami and continues to beat him down before posing over him with the Intercontinental Championship before leaving the ring. Otis checks on Sami as Chad tells Otis to get moving and to leave.
  
• Backstage Shayna and Zoey Stark are interviewed, Shayna says it didn't matter who won at King/Queen of the Ring, their opponents still have the same limbs and they'll break all the same. Zoey suggests they invite Bianca and Jade to Raw when Sonya Deville approaches them and says maybe they need to re-think their plans. Shayna says they've beaten every tag team on Raw and threatens to put Sonya through ACL rehab again. Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre approach them and tells Shayna they've never beaten them.
  
• During the main even Dominik comes down to ringside and opens the door to try and cost Liv her title but Finn and JD come down asking him what he's trying to do. Braun Strowman runs down after JD, as Braun runs around the ring he bumps into Dom who knocks the cage door into Becky, allowing Liv to make her escape.

Some potential uses for the achievement points
A shop to buy permanent items that allows you to start with them such as the map, Iv checker, ECT..
A point distribution pool, where you could allocate points to make the game easier such as, boosted catch rate, boosted starting money, better starting pokeball, ECT..
A blessing/curse shop where you can unlock special effects that make the game easier, but at a cost, such as trainers are easier, but they drop less money, pokemon are easier to catch, but all wild pokemon have a shield, pokemon are easier to catch, but all wild pokemon battles are double.

I havent touched my switch much in the last year or so, so Ive kind of fallen behind. My switch will not connect to NUT after downloading NUT to my new computer. Nothing Ive done works, but the posts I see either use a ton of keywords I dont recognize, or recommend Awoo and NS-UsbLoader. I dont know what either are, or what they do. With Pixel Shop down I just need to relearn manual downloads

So I recently played my first two pokemon games ever! I played Violet first, then played Sword. I grew up watching the anime all the time and I had just bought a new Nintendo Switch, so I thought pokemon games would be awesome to try.
I was not disappointed, in fact, it’s been a wonderful experience! Not a whole lot of games capture my attention these days but these two for sure did. I couldn’t stop playing! However, there are some positives and negatives to both games which I’ll share. First up I’ll talk about Violet;
Positives: - Violet is the very first fully open-world game in the pokemon series, and being able to walk around freely felt SO good. It really added another level to the game experience.

• The gym battles are actually challenging (especially the higher level gyms)! For example, in Sword I found the gym battles to be very simple and straightforward. In Violet, they actually challenge you and make you strategize, so it doesn’t feel like you’re getting an easy win all the time. A game becomes boring when all you do is win all the time.
  
• The storyline was absolutely amazing, in fact the ending brought tears to my eyes. Never thought I’d be crying over a Pokémon game but here we are! Amazing characters, super cool story.
  
• Being able to fly on Miraidon! Introducing open-world flying as transportation was a super cool mechanic.
  
• the DLC. Oh. My. God. I have never played a DLC that was so WORTH IT in my life. It was worth every dollar, and not only was it amazing, it was really long too! Not some short pointless DLC. Literally added like, 3 weeks to my play time.
  

Negatives:

• I noticed there weren’t a whole lot of early gen Pokemon. I understand they have to introduce a bunch of new ones, but I felt like I saw barely any nostalgic early Mons. This changes a little in the DLC, but not a drastic change.
  
• Glitches. People do tend to crap all over Pokémon Scarlet/Violet for the amount of glitches it had, and while I don’t think it ruined my experience or deserved as much hate as it got, I did recognize quite a few glitches going on. My game crashed a total of 3 times while playing. So, in comparison to how long I played for, 3 times isn’t that much, but a crash is a crash, and those crashes were due to glitches in the game.
  
• The lack of clothing options. Unfortunately due to scarlet/violet being surrounded by a storyline where you’re a student and you wear uniforms, there are hardly any clothes to choose from. Customization of your character itself is really good and there are options for accessories, but if you’re looking to buy a bunch of diverse shirts/pants, it’s simply not gonna happen. Like literally, it’s not gonna happen (unless you get the DLC).
  

Next up is Pokemon Sword!
Positives:

• TONS of early Gen Pokemon mixed evenly with newer ones! I really appreciated that as a super elderly 22 year old.
  
• Adding ancient history of the region was cool! To be honest at first I thought it was pointless because it didn’t seem to be a huge part of the game, but gradually it became an interesting and enjoyable part of the story.
  
• The game really makes you feel like a Pokemon champion! I feel like in Pokemon Violet, being a champion and beating your way to the top didn’t feel as special or recognized as it did in Sword. In sword, you’re actually recognized as the number one champion and treated as the top trainer in the region!
  
• The designs of the different towns were soooooo awesome!! Compared to Violet I felt like they were more unique and not so much the same as eachother. I especially adore the design for the Fairy type gym town, I forget its exact name right now.
  
• Let’s be real, Dynamaxing is the best thing ever and frankly Terastallizing has got nothing on it.
  

Negatives:

• The majority of characters were very uninteresting. The only ones who felt like they had any personality at all were Hop, Piers and Raihan. Everyone else was just…bland?
  
• I haven’t actually played Sword’s DLC, but from some research I’ve gathered it’s not very good and it’s short.
  
• I absolutely could not STAND the lack of options in the shops for items. Compared to Violet there were so much less things to purchase. Like, even after I unlocked something like a Dive ball, it won’t show up in the shop. You have to do some special stuff to get it. Same with a bunch of other items.
  
• By FAR the most annoying part of the game is that you have to battle anyone that makes direct eye contact with your character. This means if you want to go down a certain road, you often have to battle at least one person. Dont get me wrong, I like battling, but only when I actually have the option of whether to initiate that battle or not.
  

Ultimately, I do think I like pokemon Violet better. Anyways, comment your thoughts!

DISCLAIMER: I do not promote hate and I just want to throw in my experience working at home depo. I have worked at home depo in the lumber department since last august. I’ve had many run ins with bad customers but from my experience the worst type of people to deal with is Caucasian people. I’m not saying other customers of different races arnt rude. I’ve had bad experiences with Latin/African/Asian Americans but they just get upset and deal with whatever the situation is.
At first, I would always just see everyone as customers and know that some customers get upset when things arnt what they want to be. But over time I started to notice a pattern with the type of person I’m dealing with as they approach me. And it never clicked in my head until my coworker mentioned it during the holiday. From almost getting run over for telling someone to pull their car into the loading bay to not discounting 70% a piece of wood w a chip at the end. These people truly are entitled, if they have to wait more then 5 min they start getting upset and saying they’ve waited for “30 min”. Or they are the only ones to be upset at ME for the prices of wood and materials???? And constantly ask my why I’m charging so much. It’s worse when they get raged bc I can’t load 7 bags of concrete with a forklift into their van, like lady I can put it on a cart for you and a lot loader can help you put it in the car. Or when they buy 50 pieces of different wood and hand me the receipt and tell me to pick it out for them but turn full Karen mode when I tell them i can’t pick orders unless it’s a deliveries form and if I were to pick their order I need a 3 hour notice and I can’t guarantee I’ll pick the highest quality items(to their standards) THE NAIL IN THE COFFIN happened yesterday, I had a man who seemed nice and would only ask me to price check stuff for him but he would soon start opening gates and going into isles where my coworkers would be dropping down pallets to pack out. He did this 2 times until I confronted him to which he replied ,”so what, are we not allowed to shop anymore”. I tried to keep my cool and understand some people weren’t raised right or at all but that was when I knew they saw themselves above everyone else and the rules. I told him to just leave if he’s not able to follow policy and safety guidelines, and mentioned that lowes is down the street. He threatened to leave his stuff and not buy it to which put a smile on my face and I told him that I’m closing and will have to put it back regardless and him leaving would make my job much simpler. He cried to management but failed to mention that the forklifts were being used in the aisle and he claimed the gates were never there…… both supervisors were present during this on the forklifts and told them that he barged in. He left the store with his face red as a tomato. Just my experience with entitled people, if your something like this please be more aware of your social interactions and understand we are not trying to be rude we have a job with policy’s and if we break those policy’s for your satisfaction then we get the punishments for you (total strangers)
