I need a honest opinion from married people in this platform. I (29F) have been married to my husband (35) for a year. I had been single for close to 8 years and had been non sexual too. This is mostly because i was cheated on in my last relationship and it hurt so bad that i vow never to go through such pain again. I didnt even realise it was happening until it was too late. Everyone knew apart from me. That betrayal shuttered me and i swore to not go into another relationship until i was sure i could trust someone. I have also been abandoned (even by parents), used by friends and have been hurt too much by people i trusted. Because of this, i have always been very careful of the people i let into my life
Now, i met my husband and he was the best guy i have ever met. We were friends and non of us thought we would fall in love. We talked about everything. We were so vulnerable with each other in a way we had never been with anyone else before. Before i realised, all the walls i had set up came crumbling down. I don't know how but i fell hard for him. I can describe my husband as a "good guy". He is nerdy and shy. He is thoughtful, caring, he had been with me through a lot. He made me realised that taking care of my needs is not selfish as i am the kind of person that thinks of everyone else before myself. He helped me became free of a lot of toxicity in my life. I can never compare him to anyone else. I put him first and can do anything for him. I don't even wanna think of a life without him.
The problem is that i am now starting to resent him. I am so confused and tired of myself and my insecurities. I don't know if i am too insure and broken or my feelings are valid. I am tired of questioning myself and i have no one else to talk to about it. I love walking in the city or the park with my husband. We literally do everything together and i love it. However my husband just can't stop looking at other girls. It's not just looking but staring and sometimes even turning to look at them. I would maybe be alright with it if it happens once in a while but this happens almost all the time. We will be in a shop and a girl is shopping. My husband will keep stealing looks to this girl. Sometimes he will even cross over to that girl's aisle and shop next to her.. Or maybe we are driving, whenever we pass a girl, he turns his head and looks. He looks at literally even average looking girl we meet. I tried to play it cool but the more it happens, the more old wounds are renewed. There were scenarios where he would just drop my hand when we meet people. Some other times we will be chatting while walking and then he suddenly stops answering to me when a girl passes. Then he says he didn't intent or realise it.
One time we were walking home and i saw him looking at the side. I knew it was a girl but i decided to just ignore it so as not to ruin my mood. Once we passed, my husband exclaimed "Damn, that's the best looking ass i have ever seen!" without a pause. I tried to be cool with it but somehow that statement gnawed at me. It tortured me and i told him maybe he should keep his thoughts to himself and not show it to me. When such things happen, i feel repulsed by him and i just walk away. Or just not talk and walk home in silence. At first I tried to take it easy, even joke and show him asses so it doesn't bother me. But i realised it would take up his mind too much to the point that i regret doing it. It kills my mood every time. I don't want to go out with him because i became sad and my insecurities just set it.He tells me it's normal and all boys are like this. It's just curiosity and i am just over reacting and i should know he loves only me.
Earlier today we went to some place together and he was almost looking at every woman in that place. One of the ladies working there came. My husband couldn't stop looking at this woman. He was trying so hard not to show it to me. When we went over to the counter, i was talking to this woman normally but when she turned to talk to my husband, it felt as though they were flirting right in front of me. Both of them. It felt as though i wasn't there.. i felt small. I feel embarrassed, like any girl can take my husband if they want to. Like he is with me because he has no other alternatives. I feel cheap and disrespected
I know men can be curious but what is normal curiosity? Is it alright for a man to look at every woman he meets right in front of his wife? Not girlfriend but wife. Why do i feel like if he had an opportunity, he would cheat on me? Did i mention that my husband's phone is a no go for me? He can't let me touch it because he says phones are private and i have no reason to check his phone. Truth be told, i never had interest in checking his phone but why do i feel like he is hiding something? I have also got him numerous times staring at girls pictures online. Is this normal? Why do i feel like his heart is out there?
Why do i keep feeling like no matter what i do, i am just not enough for my husband? He told me he has been always shy to talk to girls and i was the first girl he was bold enough to talk to and confess too. Now i feel like he wasn't single by choice but he was afraid of rejection. I feel like now he knows he can get girls, he wants to go out there.. He is curious on what more he can get. These are all my thoughts.
Am i too insure and this is normal behaviour among guys? I need to work on my insecurities too and i have tried a lot not to be that woman. Do i over react? There are so many scenarios i can't write here. How can i deal with this without going crazy?

I want to use it in manual or atleast aperture priority.
I took like 3 shots, using my light meter app and picking 640 (or is it 620??! I can’t remember offf the top of my head!) iso…none of the shots are decent. One is just awful, one is too dark (but you can see the things in the photo), and the last too dark. It’s a pretty cloudy day… I used 1/4 flash. I cannot recall all of the exposure settings but I think for the first too dark one it was F11 1/60..or close to that…1/4 flash. Does the I type film even work well in cloudy weather? Or indoors?
So obviously I have a lot to learn. I know I’m gonna waste a lot of film, so that’s why I am turning here…hopefully to waste a little bit less!
If there any really great resources online; an article, blog, video etc that helps with getting this stuff right…with using Polaroid film (I know it’s different that 35mm or 120). And I have no clue about EV at all. I’d even be fine with some book on Polaroid that covers this…anything??? Help 😂

Hi there, I really need some help with my boyfriend's mom's nintendo switch. She died 2 years ago and absolutely adored her switch, she used it every day religiously and brought it everywhere. My boyfriend has been too devastated to use it again, but we have been discussing if we should hook it up and take a look at it.

Hi everyone! We are a couple from Italy and we're planning a trip to Peru and looking for some advices and/or corrections to our route since we're doing all by ourselves and we don’t know so much about Peru.
First of all, is it safe to travel in September due to the civil disorder and healt emergency?
The actual plan is something like this:
-Day 1, flight to Lima, visit the city -Day 2, Lima -Day 3, half day in Lima and then flight to Arequipa, visit Arequipa -Day 4, visit Arequipa -Day 5, excursion in the canyon/valley -Day 6, flight to Cusco and visit the city -Day 7/8, guided tour (online booking) to the Sacred Valley, night in Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchiu the next day, come back to Cusco -Day 9, guided tour to Vinicunca, come back to Cusco, night travel with bus to Puno -Day 10, visit lake titicaca -Day 11, free day, we have to decide what to do or if we need an extra day in the middle of the itinerary. -Day 12, travel back to Lima and flight to Italy
We would like to go by ourselves to the Sacred Valley from Cusco and then to Aguas Calientes but we couldn't find how, so we think that the guided tour is the only choice. We wanted to visit La Paz and Uyuni (excluding in that case Arequipa) but we are afraid that it would require more days, or dou you think it's somehow possible? Which bus company do you suggest?

I'm at the end of my rope with having a functional video card. All was well yesterday - playing games, driver fine. I fired up Fallout 4, and was met with an announcement my graphics settings were set to Ultra High. Ok.....so i try to play, the game itself is a slow slideshow. Something is clearly wrong.
I tried to restart the computer, doesn't help. I tried lowering graphics level, doesn't help. My card at this time was recognized by Windows 10 in Device Manager. It did, in the driver section, note something was wrong with the driver. As i opened the little apps area, I saw an icon disappear.
So, I download Nvidia Experience and it says No Driver Installed. Try Express install - no go. Failed to install driver and other things. Physicx is already installed. As I said, my video card had a driver and other things just fine yesterday.
I download just the driver, and try Custom option - clean install. Uninstalls my "driver" and my card is now fully not recognized by Windows 10 at all. So I'm now stuck with no driver on this video card, and despite everything I've tried, I cannot get a driver installed. Windows 10 won't even recognize the video card properly, even though if I try to manually install the driver (by saving it from when it's extracted via the driver utility) it says that it knows it's a GeForce GTX 1660Ti, and the install directly from the driver files fails for "cyclic redundancy check."
Windows 10 update is stuck on 2 updates, last updated in May, but others are having a similar problem with those...and I'm not sure if this is what is keeping the system from recognizing the card.
I can't play anything on this computer and it's apparently using the default driver right now.
I've found others online who experienced something like this happening (even mid-game!) but nothing seems to note how to fix this.

I own a 2019 Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and need help regarding my setup as I have blown my 3rd subwoofer in a span of 2 years or maybe less. Voice coil of all 3 subs was fried and the trunk was full of smoke. Its a long post, so apologies if you get bored..
Current setup :
Headunit : Chinese brand Unplug android HU installed in 2019..
Front: Sony Components XS XB 1641C 60w.. (https://www.sony.co.in/electronics/car-speakers/xs-xb1621c)

Amplifier: Sony 4 channel XMN 1004..2 ch for front components and 2ch bridged for subwoofer.. 2x75w + 1x175w(btl) .. (https://www.sony.co.in/electronics/car-amplifiers/xm-n1004)
Wiring: 4 gauge ofc from battery to amp and amp to ground..
System sounds good with loud bass, no complaints.. but.. i blew 3 subs.. Amp gains are set at 60-70% for front components and 80-90% for subwoofer. There is no clipping audible. But any lower than 80% sub performance is not upto mark.
Backstory : In 2022, I installed some local brand (Soundbarrier) 2ch amplifier having 150w rms in bridged mode and sony xplod subwoofer, I had set gain at max with bass boost on full (12db) and blew my first sub in less than 6 months. There used to be a thud sound from sub when i started the engine of my car. Next up i replaced my sub under warranty and changed my amplifier with same brand having 200w rms had gains properly set with test tunes, and bass boost set at 6db but within 6 months blew my sub again, also that I had replaced the fuse placed near the battery a month after installation of the new amp. That thud was absent for few months on the new amp till the fuse was changed. Then I bought a new subwoofer and replaced my old amp with sony XMN1004 4 ch amplifier(75wx2 + 175wx1) powering front components and subwoofer, set gain using test tunes. Again that thud was absent for few months on the new amp, blew the fuse again but this time replaced amp power cables with 4gauge ofc cables running from battery to amp and amp to ground, then changed all the wiring running from HU to amp and amp to subwoofer. However, 2 months ago that thud returned and last week (within 4 months) I blew this new sub as well. Also when I had installed 4 gauge cables, headlights as well as interior dome lights started to dim when the bass dropped.
With all the 3 subwoofers and amplifiers, i had insalled, there was no distortion or clipping that was audible to me while setting the gains or even while listening to songs, also that i used 0db 40hz test tune to set the gains for sub. Method used to set gains was ear method i.e. set gain at 0 on amp, get to 2/3rd of max HU volume , then slowly increase gain till distortion is heard and then back off a little till clean sound is heard. But there is no distortion in sub even at 100%gain on amp but presenty its at 80-90% mark as i am afraid i might blow this sub as well. Further, there is a 3band eq in HU with a sub level setting, i set the eq at flat with 1khz and 10khz at 50% while 60hz level at 80% and sub level (80hz- thats what it says on screen) at 85%, sometimes 90% when i want more boom, bass distorted at 95% so never set it there. But right now i have set both sub level and 60hz level at 60% with 1khz and 10khz both at 50%.
Also, I had installed same setup with similar amplifier of 2 ch configuration i.e. sony xnm502 2 ch amp and same sony xsnw12002 subwoofer in my other car Maruti WagnR 2 years ago and that thing is working flawlessly. Headunit is oem that comes company fitted and only an additional sub and amp are installed. That setup produces much more deeper and cleaner bass than my setup (maybe because of android HU) and is working flawlessly while mine sounds low and already blew 3 subs. Also the gain on this car's amp is set at 100%, amp is only powering the subwoofer and not speakers.
Future updates that I have planned are sony head unit ax5500 and sony gs100 monoblock amplifier for subwoofer. I can only buy one so am not sure whether to go for mono amp first or HU first. I prefer deeper and louder bass, something people can hear 2 blocks away and can be felt in the cars infront and songs I listen to are mostly Rap & Hip Hop Genre - English, Punjabi and some Bollywood bangers. Decade ago I had a sony 1 din HU, same local brand (soundbarrier) 300w amplifier and same sony xsnw12002 sub in ported box. That sub rocked my whole society, people could hear my sub 500m far and shook windows of my society. That's why I went for a similar setup amp and sony xplod sub.. but these new subs keep xploding.. literally
Issues I am facing 1. Subs blowing, fried voice coils. 2. HeadLights and interior dome lights dimming when bass hits on high volume, even when engine is running. 3. There is a loud thud-pop sound when starting my engine, this noise is absent when i start engine before HU wakes up.
Questions I am seeking answers for..
Q.1 Where is the error or who the culprit is and where am I wrong that I blew 3 subwoofers.
Q.2 Reason for pop/thud sound on starting my engine and how to solve it?
Q.3 Reason for dimming of lights and how to solve it?

Q.11 Since my present amplifier can provide only 175w in bridged mode and my sub being 400w rms, it is probably underpowering the sub. So having gain 100% can be the cause for blown sub ? Q.12 Will replacing my battery with same capacity solve any of the above issues? Present battery will be 5 yrs old next month.

Hey everyone,
I'm looking or some discussion and advice on visualising datasets using tSNE. My goal is to visualise several immune cell populations at once on the tSNE, and then carry out down-stream analysis and potentially use the tSNE to show differences in the cell populations on the tSNE among my groups.
I have a fully concatenated, 16 colour basic immune cell characterisation dataset, pre-gated to live, singlet, CD45+ cells with approximately 600,000 events in the master file. I have tried running this dataset multiple times through the tSNE plugin in Flowjo, varying the iterations and perplexity values to see how the events visually cluster.
My basic understanding of iterations is this is the number of times the algorithm checks each events' nearest neighbours, and perplexity is how many nearest neighbours the algorithm looks to cluster an event near.
My issue is, no matter how much I play with these settings (combinations of 1000, 2000, 3000 iterations with 30, 60, 100, 150 and 200 perplexities - thank goodness have a powerful computer for this!), I am not generating nice clear clusters like I see all across the literature (or the internet). For example, my manual Neutrophil (Ly6G+, CD11b+) gate spreads across the plot into at least 6 distinct clusters in every tSNE, clusters that are seemingly only distinct due to fluorescence signal intensity of the markers used to define them. They are not positive or negative for other markers in the panel and this is not caused by group or replicate variations either, as all groups and replicates are present in each cluster. This is happening with multiple cell types too. I know that distance between clusters doesn't really mean anything, but I would still expect all my neutrophils to cluster in one big similar mass at least?
I've seen some discussion online that in general going past 1000 iterations adds little visual clarity (which I am finding) and large datasets should use large perplexity values (up to 5% of the data input, or using the calculation N^(1/2) were N is the number of cells in your dataset), but Flowjo seems to cap perplexity at 200 which seems grossly inadequate for a 600,000 event dataset of this discussion is correct.
So this brings me to my questions:
Is my basic understanding of iterations and perplexity way off base?
How do you all define your what iteration and perplexity values to use for your datasets? Is there a gold standard method other than trial and error for selecting optimal settings I am unaware of?
Would downsampling my data be a wise approach? I assume this is my best bet to improve visualisation of the tSNE but my concern here is, what should my maximum event number be? I may need to downsample quite a bit in order to account for all the groups and replicates in the dataset.
I would really appreciate everyones input on this!

Hey Reddit Fam,
I am currently battling the IRS for some crypto trades from 2021.
That being said, I have been trading meme coins this year (2024) on the Telegram Trojan Bot. I have been doing my best to manually keep track of the trades, but I was just curious if any one knows the best way to track these wallets.

Ok guys, anyone have a robot pool cleaner of this model? I inherited one at this property, but have no manuals. Looked up the manual online and it isn't any help. Hello as above, I am desperately trying to get my iphone (12 pro) to turn on normally as it has been in boot loop / stuck in Apple Logo for more than 6 hrs now.
I know i shouldve backed up my phone earlier. This all started because when I kept getting the 'iphone full' pop up until I decided to manually transfer some videos to my mac. From there, it started crashing. Please help me i do not want to lose any data, i have my wedding photos and other valuable memories in there =(

I have tried the following solutions:

1. Force rebooth (volume up, volume down, power button). The apple logo would disappear and would reappear again. its a endless loop. It doesnt proceed to the lock screen for me to proceed to the next steps.
2. I plugged my phone to my mac (latest OS version) hoping i can update my phone from there but my phone doesnt even show up on finder
3. I contacted apple support online but unfortunately they just suggested the 2 solutions above and ended up advising me to go to Apple Store. I will go later but i really hope they do not ask me to reformat my phone.

What I have not yet tried:

1. iTunes - I read that this is practically discontinued. I do not have it in my mac either. Will try to download it anyway. But if finder cant even read my phone, the chances are low itunes will.
   
2. 3utools - I am not that techy and not 100% sure I trust it. Im afraid I'll mess things up further or that it would wipe my phone.

I recently got into solo games and, due to a combination of factors, I've ended up with a terrible Frankenstein's monster of a game that I figured I'd share for people to laugh at, or maybe even take inspiration from.
Background Recently, I made a promise to myself that I would play no other video games until I finished a couple games in my backlog. I am fully intent on keeping this promise, but the problem is after a couple months of slogging through a couple of them, I've kind of burnt myself out on video games as a whole. Considering my promise was exclusive to video games, I began searching for other ways to entertain myself until this still challenge is over with. That's when I discovered journaling RPGs. Most didn't really appeal to me, but I found one, "The Librarian's Apprentice," that I thought I could have some fun with. After downloading a PDF from drive-thru RPG, I played my first session. I soon realized I didn't have any playing cards, which are a primary mechanic in that game, so I booted up Tabletop Simulator as my play space. In Librarian's Apprentice, you draw cards from a deck of playing cards to uncover new rooms of an infinite library while searching for 6 specific documents from the library's vast collections, all the while, journaling your exploits through the game's procedurally generated rooms. A string of bad luck saw my character running out of stamina before finding a single document, but I had a good time nonetheless.
Despite having a good time with it, I felt that the game had some mechanics that I would describe as 'flaws,' and as I looked into other journaling games, I found that they seemed to be a constant amongst most of them. To say it plainly, journaling games don't seem to care much about rules. I myself vastly prefer rules-light games to begin with, so I didn't think it would be as much of a problem as it ended up being. In journaling games, rules tend to exist more or less as simple guidelines or suggestions to help in the creative writing process, rather be as hard-coded rules of play. I can appreciate that some people might enjoy this style of roleplaying, but I just ended up confused as to when and how I could use certain abilities. In the case of Librarian's Apprentice, some seemingly important abilities had rules for determining whether they succeeded, but an explanation for what the skill was supposed to do or what success meant. This left me to make up uses for it, which at for me, didn't feel very great.
For this reason, I looked into more traditional D&D-like experiences and ended up picking up Ker Nethalas. This turned out to be a mistake; I was worn-out and emotionally drained by the end of my second domain. The game was very creative and it's methodology for procedural generation was great, but I personally found it too rules intensive and a bit too dark and depressing to really want to play consistently by myself.
Vastly preferring the themes, tone, and creativity of my journey through Librarian's Apprentice, I started thinking what I liked and didn't like about the game and set about adapting it to better suit my preferences.
Reflecting on What Worked I listed the pros and cons of a journaling game like The Librarian's Apprentice from my perspective and here's what I came up with:
Pros:

• The Setting - An infinite library where literally anything can happen
• Clear Objective - Finding a certain number of documents is a clear, easy to understand foundation for your adventure

Cons:

• Limited Tables - The places I was generated for myself out-of-the-box to explore were awesome, but the tables themselves weren't massive and I feel like I would be seeing a lot of similar areas by the time I collected all 6 documents
• Limited Customization - The crux of character generation was choosing and background, character description, and a pet. All of these options felt limited to me, and while I'm sure you're meant to kind of fill-in-your-own after the first game, more choices in the booklet would have been appreciated.
• Only One Objective - I know I just listed the games objective as a positive, but I personally feel like there should be options for how to continue after finding all six documents
• Lack of Direction - Certain abilities lack descriptions for when, how, or why you would use them. In a system with such a clear objective, it seems odd that the rules of play aren't as clear.
• Other thoughts - It feels like a shame that the game is more "literary?". The aforementioned 'documents' are little more than an MacGuffins for your to look for, which is fine in and of itself, but I feel like the library is a place of lunacy rather than literacy.

With those ideas in mind, I set about homebrewing a version of this game that makes sense for me as a player.
New Mechanics The System For a core system to work from, I chose the cypher system. This mainly has to do with it's extensibility and my familiarity GMing games using it. I simply had to translate my character concept into the new system which was a breeze. Naturally, this system provides a wealth of customization options and provides a clear understanding of how and when abilities can be used.
Objective I decided to expand the objective from the game from finding 6 documents to finding 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 documents. This radically extends play with sessions that increase in complexity over time.
Advancement Completing each goal advances the Librarian to a new rank as well as well as levels the character up to the next tier. My ranks in order are: Librarian's Apprentice, Journeyman Librarian, Curator, Archivist, Scholar, Master Librarian. EXP is gained like normal, but the character is unable to tier up from exp. If a character has not unlocked all advancements before ranking up as a librarian, the other core advancements will be unlocked automatically.
Procedural Generation I decided to leverage the wealth of tables in Mythic GM 2e to provide more variation for environments at the cost of having to use my imagination a bit more to create thematically consistent areas. I removed the card based mapping system of the original game, as I found it unintuitive and overall a weak point. Instead I switched to standard graph paper and roll using a D6 to find room positions. There is no true death for a librarian, so areas stay generated, and the PC finds himself back at the Librarian's office should he faint during his duties. The PC is assigned to a new section of the library with each rank advancement and mapping starts over. The PC can move 2 areas before I roll against a random encounter table and use the context of the current area along with description details from Mythic GM to create encounters. These events offer an additional way for the PC to loot cyphers which I restylize to fit the scenario.
Help Requests When rolling for random encounters, there is a chance of meeting friendly NPCs. In this case, they will request assistance retrieving a document located in the same room. I feel like more work needs to be done to flesh out this mechanic, but as of right now, I roll 1d6 to determine a stat pool from the available 3 and then make a difficulty 5 (DC15) check to see if I as able to assist them. If successful, I receive one artifact from the artifacts table restylized to fit the setting.
Literary Intrusions To address the problem of the library no feeling 'literary,' I added a mechanic that I hoped would encourage active reading and also help me work through my backlog of books that I've been meaning to read. Each time I roll a d20, I roll a second die. If the numbers match I consider a 'literary intrusion' to have occurred. I then read 10 pages of the book of my choosing, consider it's content and themes and then incorporate objects or ideas from the book into my game. Sometimes I use a fate chart to determine whether the intrusion is good or bad, but generally I end up with a good idea of how I can incorporate what I've read without external help. Do this has been beneficial both in a meta-game context as well as making it feel like 'the pages come alive' inside the library. Rolling a 1 on the primary die causes a standard GM intrusion like normal which I roll for in Mythic. There is no penalty for rolling a 1 on the secondary die.
This is the current state of my game. I might have missed some minor details. If anyone has any specific questions about how I handle niche scenarios feel free to let know. I'd be glad to answer any questions. Naturally, this game is somewhat cumbersome and has become a hodgepodge of ideas that weren't meant to work together, but so far it's working well and I've been having a lot of fun with it.
