Some of y'all not gone like this but the truth is...Asia was way better than Mackenzie. Being a Asia fan back in like 2013 was the most treacherous time. Everyone hated Asia for some very, very odd reason. I don't know if it was because of the same reason they hated Nia (very transparent micro aggressive racism), or because they portrayed her in a negative light but she was clearly more advanced.
Her turns alone rivaled Maddie and Chloe's, who were significantly older than her. She also had a leg hold turn, and as far as I can remember she's one of the only dancers on the show that did.
Her jumps were very advanced for a 7 year old. She again had the same skill sets of some of the best older girls.
Her tumbling was the third best on the team. Brooke being first, Nia and Paige being tied for second, and the Asia. Asia had a roundoff back handspring layout--Abby just never but it in her choreography. I know she was an ex-gymnast so this makes sense. I don't know why Abby was trying to act like Asia couldn't tumble just as well if not better than Kenzie.
Her performances, stage presence, and musicality was without a doubt the best on the team. And she was the youngest. Watch any of her solos and you can see how she matches the energy of her songs and hits the beats when in the choreography.
Her solo record speaks for itself. She never lost.
Her group performances were great for her age and height. People to this day say she never should have been in the group and that she lagged behind or that she rushed. Well she was by a long shot the shortest team member. Therefore, she could perform a move at the same time as the others and they wouldn't land at the same time or spin at the same rate. That's not her fault. It was never a choreography thing because she always picked up.

I've been using Always pads since I started getting my period, and I've never had any itching, rash or anything of the sort, but I recently bought a new pack because I was running out, as soon as I opened the package, the amount of scent just attacked me, it wasn't like this before, so it must be a recent change they made, but it made me worry that it might cause some sort of rash in the long run. I love the pads themselves because my flow is really really heavy and I've never had any sort of leak with them, and they are really comfortable. Hi all...i have an issue, and i need an advice...its about my girlfriend...She is 33.
A month ago she started experiencing some easy bruising problems and petechiae rashes, mostly on her legs. I told her she should go to her GP to check blood ASAP. She went and her blood results came back excellent. GP told her everyone wants to have blood tests like hers. We saw the results...and everything is great...RBC,WBC,thrombocytes count, liver tests, ESR normal...and now the GP got her a referral to dermatologist?! Wouldnt a hematologist be more appropriate soultion? like...what are the odds of haveing a leukemia with normal FBC? I cant rely on her fatigue cause we two very active kids, 5year old and 1.5 year old , her pale skin is normally pale (it has always been) and she is small...like 150cm and never had more than 50kilos... 46now... thanks for any info or advice

I want to share a real experience that I had about 7 years ago. This might not be as interesting as it could be, because its real. Im not trying to make things up for the sake of entertainment, I just want to get this off my chest, as it was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life.
Around the age of 19 I was disqualified from the military due to a medical disqualification. I wasn’t too sure what to do with my life since this was a lifelong dream, I felt very lost. I did a lot of soul searching during this time, studied many religions and philosophies. At some point I got in to occultism, law of attraction, meditation and finally, astral projection.
To keep it short, I started meditating to attract in to my life the things I wanted, and I also started to practice astral projection. After a few weeks, my aunt started to come in to my room, scared, and began to question what I was doing. I told her I was meditating quite frequently, some times up to 3h a day, why was she asking? She told me that something very weird had just happened in the house, in fact, for a few days now, several weird things had been happening.
She told me while they were watching tv the front door of the house unlocked itself, and the door had just been slammed open. They told me things had been falling off counters, and my uncle was seeing things from the corner of his eyes. She didn’t ask me to stop, she actually seemed intrigued. My aunt is into crystals and all kinds of groovy-doo stuff.
I kept this going, I wasn’t able to astral project yet, but I was able to get parts of my body to leave (as weird as that sounds). I was able to “remove my arm from my arm”, its a very odd feeling to describe. It feels like your arms is paralyzed, yet another one you can fully manipulate and feel is coming out of it. I was also able to do this with my right leg. For those who are not understanding what astral projection is, it means leaving your body. Im not sure if your soul leaves your body or if you project it mentally, all I know is its very real. Im not here to persuade you one way or the other, but its thing. Supposedly you are able to soul travel by doing this.
In any case, a couple weeks go by and my uncle and aunt need to be gone for a couple days, and I have the house for my self. So what do I do, have a girl over like any normal dude would? No, I meditate and try to leave my body, by this point im obsessed.
For the first time I fall a sleep while meditating, and what proceeds to happen is one of the most traumatic and terrifying things to ever happen to me, who am I kidding, its by far the most terrifying experience of my life and it haunts me to this day. This is the part of the story I dont like telling anyone, because they dismiss it as a nightmare or “its just sleep paralysis bro”. I dont care what you decide to call what im about to tell you, if you want to label it as fake, it was more real than life to me.
I have astral projected a few times, I never saw anything very interesting other than my own home, freaking out my dogs and mostly what I do Is fly over lakes, factories at night, the city. I can never do it for very long, I have not mastered it and nowadays I avoid the practice altogether, although it happens involuntarily still from time to time. What I experienced in this instance was different, it felt more physical, it felt more real, and I was attacked by God knows what.
I wake up, laying flat on my bed, facing up, arms wide open and legs spread apart. The TV is on, the show ink master is running. Its night, but the room has a natural light to it, almost like a full moon. I see a shadow in the corner of the room, I try to get up but I cant move, im paralyzed. I start being able to move, but I feel heavy, like trying to swim underwater. The shadow gets closer to me, and then crawls ontop of my body. (This is embarrassing to say and I normally leave this part out of the story) this thing, proceeds to put its hands between my legs and press and squeeze…you know. I feel immense physical pain, there is actually something griping my body and really hurting me. I try to scream, but I cant.
I start saying -“the power of christ compels you” over and over, but it does nothing. My back starts to bend in an arch and im slightly levitating over my bed, everything is happening very silently. Which allows me to hear loud footsteps coming from the kitchen. While this is all happening, a man walks from the kitchen in to my room. I can barely see or look, but he is a middle aged man wearing a suit, looks very old fashion. After several attempts of asking, my words finally come out -“who are you?”. The man standing in the corned of my room states -“my name is Lucer”. I then ask, concerned -“Lucifer…?” He states -“No, Lucer”.
The painful back arching and floating continues for a while, when suddenly, it stops. I fall on my bed, and its suddenly daylight, ink master is still on and I can hear birds chirping. I never woke up from this, like waking up from a dream, it simply stopped and I was still awake.
I spent the entire day looking things up online, trying to make sense of what happened. When it came night again, the same thing happens again… this entity or what ever it is, grips me the same way and hurts me. You gotta understand the pain is very physical and excruciating, I can feel its hands and fingers, and this time im very pissed off. For one reason or another, this time im not afraid and I start trying to strangle it. I start asking it get me out of my body so I can murder it, and suddenly, it all stops, just like that.
After this second episode, it never happened again. From time to time, I am still attacked by an entity that looks like me, and am forced to fight it, but these are more like vivid nightmares, nothing like the situation I just described. I quit meditating, I quit trying to astral project, and this situation never happened again. I still involuntarily astral project in my sleep sometimes, but its very uneventful. I dont see other entities or have bad or good things happen, I just float over a lake near my house and enjoy the view for the most part. Maybe theres more I could share, but I think I have share enough, thanks for getting this far. I never found out who Lucer was.

I want to share a real experience that I had about 7 years ago. This might not be as interesting as it could be, because its real. Im not trying to make things up for the sake of entertainment, I just want to get this off my chest, as it was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life.
Around the age of 19 I was disqualified from the military due to a medical disqualification. I wasn’t too sure what to do with my life since this was a lifelong dream, I felt very lost. I did a lot of soul searching during this time, studied many religions and philosophies. At some point I got in to occultism, law of attraction, meditation and finally, astral projection.
To keep it short, I started meditating to attract in to my life the things I wanted, and I also started to practice astral projection. After a few weeks, my aunt started to come in to my room, scared, and began to question what I was doing. I told her I was meditating quite frequently, some times up to 3h a day, why was she asking? She told me that something very weird had just happened in the house, in fact, for a few days now, several weird things had been happening.
She told me while they were watching tv the front door of the house unlocked itself, and the door had just been slammed open. They told me things had been falling off counters, and my uncle was seeing things from the corner of his eyes. She didn’t ask me to stop, she actually seemed intrigued. My aunt is into crystals and all kinds of groovy-doo stuff.
I kept this going, I wasn’t able to astral project yet, but I was able to get parts of my body to leave (as weird as that sounds). I was able to “remove my arm from my arm”, its a very odd feeling to describe. It feels like your arms is paralyzed, yet another one you can fully manipulate and feel is coming out of it. I was also able to do this with my right leg. For those who are not understanding what astral projection is, it means leaving your body. Im not sure if your soul leaves your body or if you project it mentally, all I know is its very real. Im not here to persuade you one way or the other, but its thing. Supposedly you are able to soul travel by doing this.
In any case, a couple weeks go by and my uncle and aunt need to be gone for a couple days, and I have the house for my self. So what do I do, have a girl over like any normal dude would? No, I meditate and try to leave my body, by this point im obsessed.
For the first time I fall a sleep while meditating, and what proceeds to happen is one of the most traumatic and terrifying things to ever happen to me, who am I kidding, its by far the most terrifying experience of my life and it haunts me to this day. This is the part of the story I dont like telling anyone, because they dismiss it as a nightmare or “its just sleep paralysis bro”. I dont care what you decide to call what im about to tell you, if you want to label it as fake, it was more real than life to me.
I have astral projected a few times, I never saw anything very interesting other than my own home, freaking out my dogs and mostly what I do Is fly over lakes, factories at night, the city. I can never do it for very long, I have not mastered it and nowadays I avoid the practice altogether, although it happens involuntarily still from time to time. What I experienced in this instance was different, it felt more physical, it felt more real, and I was attacked by God knows what.
I wake up, laying flat on my bed, facing up, arms wide open and legs spread apart. The TV is on, the show ink master is running. Its night, but the room has a natural light to it, almost like a full moon. I see a shadow in the corner of the room, I try to get up but I cant move, im paralyzed. I start being able to move, but I feel heavy, like trying to swim underwater. The shadow gets closer to me, and then crawls ontop of my body. (This is embarrassing to say and I normally leave this part out of the story) this thing, proceeds to put its hands between my legs and press and squeeze…you know. I feel immense physical pain, there is actually something griping my body and really hurting me. I try to scream, but I cant.
I start saying -“the power of christ compels you” over and over, but it does nothing. My back starts to bend in an arch and im slightly levitating over my bed, everything is happening very silently. Which allows me to hear loud footsteps coming from the kitchen. While this is all happening, a man walks from the kitchen in to my room. I can barely see or look, but he is a middle aged man wearing a suit, looks very old fashion. After several attempts of asking, my words finally come out -“who are you?”. The man standing in the corned of my room states -“my name is Lucer”. I then ask, concerned -“Lucifer…?” He states -“No, Lucer”.
The painful back arching and floating continues for a while, when suddenly, it stops. I fall on my bed, and its suddenly daylight, ink master is still on and I can hear birds chirping. I never woke up from this, like waking up from a dream, it simply stopped and I was still awake.
I spent the entire day looking things up online, trying to make sense of what happened. When it came night again, the same thing happens again… this entity or what ever it is, grips me the same way and hurts me. You gotta understand the pain is very physical and excruciating, I can feel its hands and fingers, and this time im very pissed off. For one reason or another, this time im not afraid and I start trying to strangle it. I start asking it get me out of my body so I can murder it, and suddenly, it all stops, just like that.
After this second episode, it never happened again. From time to time, I am still attacked by an entity that looks like me, and am forced to fight it, but these are more like vivid nightmares, nothing like the situation I just described. I quit meditating, I quit trying to astral project, and this situation never happened again. I still involuntarily astral project in my sleep sometimes, but its very uneventful. I dont see other entities or have bad or good things happen, I just float over a lake near my house and enjoy the view for the most part. Maybe theres more I could share, but I think I have share enough, thanks for getting this far. I never found out who Lucer was, I tried, no idea.

"I believe Chief Hunter Isif grows readier for the Resistance every day that passes,” he told us all with a smile. My body tensed at the mention of that murderer's name. I didn’t know they would collaborate with that monster. The one he’d bragged about working for, while he held a sword to Nazla’s throat.
“Soon, something will snap, and we can join our forces with the entirety of his–and now Shaza's–sector. The abolition of the Dominion will be a reality if we play our cards well. I am here to ensure we do."
I found my whetstone, poured water on it, and tried to focus on the angle of the blade.
“Are you sure about that?” Vrith asked. “Isif had a chance to side with us mere days ago, and refused it.”
I remained silent, watching the edge of the blade move carefully back and forth on my whetstone. Perhaps Vrith was being diplomatic, as Verazel had told me to be in preparation for their arrival. I pressed my teeth together in an attempt to keep silent.
"There have been some setbacks, but do not be misled by them,” he said, waving Vrith’s objection off.
“Do we have to work with a fanatic like that?” One of Vrith’s companions asked. Presumably the more intelligent of the two.
“He only did what he had to, in order to ensure Betterment did not cast its gaze too sharply upon him."
I could not stop my mouth in time, rage building within me.
"Yes, he didn't want to murder my daughter, of course," I spat, ready to rip out his throat. Shathel faltered, looking at me with an unreadable expression. I hardly cared about dissidents in principle, or about what games Isif might play with the other Chief Hunters and Prophet-Descendants. They could kill the entire Senate inside my lounge if they wanted. Ideally, they could kill Isif too. Or bring him to me, so I could have the pleasure of rending him limb from limb. He redirected his argument. "...Well, yes. I told Nazla that little stunt of hers was foolish. The Resistance survives because it bides its time, and—"
I did not allow him to finish the thought. With a strength I rarely summoned, I launched myself over the counter. I landed against his shoulder, shoving his whole body down. In a heartbeat, he was flat against the ground, one arm trapped under his torso, the other pinned down by my left claw. My legs pressed against his back, my weight too much for him to bear. Before he could say anything else, I pressed my knife’s edge to his throat, his carotid artery pulsing against it. All others froze around us.
I pressed his forearm down at just the right angle. Any brusque movement and he would just dislocate his elbow. Maybe his shoulder, if he got creative. He struggled to uselessly move his legs under me, spasming like a fish plucked from the water, his tail flailing in all directions while his head flinched away from my blade.
I placed my mouth right next to his ear and whispered, "utter my daughter's name with anything but praise in your tongue again, and I will cut it out and wear it."
All were silent for a long moment, but there was no contest, no way for him to turn it around. I was simply bigger, heavier, and armed. A defective farmer had just threatened to mutilate one of their leaders, and not a single one moved to his aid.
"...Agreed," he eventually croaked out. I removed the knife and stood away from him. He rubbed his neck for a moment with the back of his hand, and stretched the shoulder I'd almost dislocated.
"I thought you said your uncle was a farmer," said Vrith’s other companion. The one who had not spoken against cooperating with Isif.
"He is," my nephew said, looking at me with newfound respect. "Has forty years of dismembering Venlil to his name."
I heard a few scoffs from the group.
"Forty-five" I corrected. I was younger than Verazel when I started. They found that funny for some reason.
Shathel cleared his throat. "My point was that the Resistance works best in dark corners. Something Betterment and those educated through its paths are less than skilled at. Thankfully, our human friends are much better versed in the area of espionage, and thus among them I have found an ally."
I scoffed. "Oh, is this your friend you bragged about at the banquet?”
He laughed. "Oh no! Not at all. My dear friend Andes is a scientist. He could not lie if he wished to, and he would never wish to. He is soft. Weak. How do they say? Cute. My ally is the man who interrogated me. He worked with Andes, but is more vicious than any Betterment officer I ever met. He can turn it on and off. Be whatever he thinks you need to see, to act in his interest.”
"Good," My nephew said. “And you're in regular contact with him?”
“Regular enough,” Shathel said, sparing me a glance. “They call him Olivier.” Vrith nodded, again, then turned to me. “So the plan is to use your farm as a base for the Resistance, which will soon gain a lot of support, if Shathel is right about the… direction things are going.”
I gripped my knife and stepped closer to the meat to begin. It was always pleasant to admire my own handiwork, the marbling was particularly exquisite for this one.
“We will arrange for Giznel to visit it under the illusion of getting to eat the last of your cattle. We will try to use Shathel’s contact to see if human meat technology can provide a sample.”
“There is no need. We have a few dozen frozen corpses in the basement,” I said. I’d been saving them for hard times. Verazel preferred tilfish. Something about their faces.
My nephew smiled. “Even better, then. We will invite him in, and my father will do the butchering when the time comes.”
I found it odd to think about how Veralith would come home only after I had left, to butcher cattle we no longer bred. It was unpleasant enough that I sought a distraction.
“Will you provide half of the funds for a large merchant ship?” I asked, thinking back to my original plan.
“Oh, don’t worry about that. You can leave tomorrow, use of the farm is payment enough,” Vrith said. “We’ve already contacted one of our most prolific smugglers. Most of her experience has been in taking people to our hidden bases, but I’m certain she’ll manage when it comes to the humans.”
Once the limbs were well-arranged, I moved on to some more precise cuts. Verazel took out the plates, silently placing them next to me so I could begin the distribution. Given the size of the crowd, I decided on thin slices. My Venlil were well fed, but they were still smaller than an Arxur, ideally a meal for three and not a large crowd of seven. Not that I was very interested in feeding Shathel my product.
Vrith got a leg, a fore shank and a rack of ribs, as did his more thoughtful companion. The other one got shoulders and loins. I cut the tenderloin, breast and flap, but had no appetite to eat it and knew Verazel wouldn’t eat it either, so they sat there until Vrith’s rebel companion came to ask for more, and then I tossed them her way.
Shathel came to the counter, dipping his snout out once he got to it.
“...May I…” he looked at the carcass, mouth watering. “...I put Nazla’s personal effects in storage before her trial. Would you like me to send them to you?”
I nodded. We were silent for a moment, and I decided to give him the heart, liver and kidneys, which he devoured immediately. It made me wonder about Vrith, who was still eating his ribs. How did the Resistance get food? How was he so strong, and less famished than a Betterment Captain?
My son spent the whole night scanning our books. Most of them were already in the digital collection, but eighty books out of three hundred were still enough to last many hours after sunset. Vrith helped, and later helped scan the covers of those who didn't have them in digital form.
He flipped through one of the volumes, admiring the engravings. “These pre-Betterment books are a treasure, Uncle. I shall take good care of them.”
“Good,” I said, tightly packing our blankets inside of the incubators to save space. I went to Nazla’s room, but could not bring myself to touch anything. As though by some miracle, she could return one day and would like it all undisturbed. “See to it nobody enters the sun-facing room.”
“I shall block the door with a bookcase, for our time here.”
I nodded. She always hated when we moved her things.
The night gave way to day, and we stood outside our home for what we knew to be the last time. Everything we could carry was in suitcases, boxes, or incubation chambers. Verazel insisted we did not need to bring my incubators, because Captain Shathel had told him humans would not like it. That the apes saw cattle not as “pets”, but as fellow people. It seemed ridiculous to me, but even then, they might adopt them and raise them as their own. There should still be use in producing them, then. I could hardly believe that he would take Shathel’s words over mine. I should have slit that snake’s throat when I had the chance. My skills were the only tool at our disposal, and we would have to make use of them somehow. Better to have the tools and not need them, than need them and not have them.
Vrith’s smuggler arrived on a ship large as a carrier for fighters, with a dozen modules haphazardly attached, and additional propulsion on its “wings” for added speed. There was no doubt in my mind that this was a smuggler’s ship, designed for speed and cargo over all other needs.
The air around us swirled as it landed, then settled into a gentle breeze. The ramp slid down, and our pilot stepped out of the ship.

The years had gifted her new scars, but she was as lovely as ever, her tail just as powerful, her claws just as sharp. She looked as strong as she had the day I met her, perhaps stronger. My eyes became glued to her, my heart indecisive on whether to beat faster or stop altogether. I stared, immobile.

She smiled, and dipped her snout. “I’m very happy to meet you, Verazel. You look like a fine young man.”
“Thank you,” he said. “May I carry our luggage onto your ship?”
“Of course. Your rooms should have plenty of space,” she said, “I’ve marked the doors with a red claw, and whatever does not fit can go into the empty storage compartment, second door on the left in the main hallway.”
For years I had imagined Isath’s arrival back on the farm. I never imagined her first words to Verazel would include directions. “Isath, you are–”
“I’m sure we have much to discuss!” she said, her voice loud enough to startle me. “You have always enjoyed talking… We can do so on the way.”
I did not understand why she interrupted me, but I decided to simply grab my luggage, and follow after my son.

Human beings also have a software that drives their body to act. It is MIME – the Mind, Intellect, Memory and Ego. Unlike the physical body, this is the subtle body. We can't touch or see it, although we know that it exists. As we live, we think that we are the ME, the Mind and Ego, the 'I'. We have a name, a surname, a nationality, a religion and an occupation. We identify ourselves with all these attributes and further, when we say, 'My height is... and my weight is...' all of this collectively defines our existence. A computer cannot function only with the hardware and the software but also needs a power supply to fire it up. Similarly, our body needs Power to energize it, to bring life into it. The life force within us is our Soul. The SOUL is a Spark Of Unique Life. Thus these three essential aspects—the gross physical body, the subtle body or MIME and the Soul, together, make us a human being.
Who is this 'I' that keeps saying that this is 'my' hand or 'my' eyes? Who is this 'I' that proclaims that this house is ‘mine’ or this car is 'mine'? The 'I' that constantly tells 'me' and 'mine' is our ‘ego’! All through our life, till our last breath, we keep on believing that we are the ego. We have a body, mind, and Soul but we don't realize the truth. We live and die in ignorance as we are lost in the myth that we have been taught and grew up with. We believe in the lie, till we die.
As long as we don’t realize that I am not ‘I’, we will never realize that we are the Divine Spirit, the SOUL, the Spark Of Unique Life. So, how does one achieve this Spiritual Enlightenment or Awakening? One can achieve this by overcoming ignorance. Ignorance can be overcome by going on a quest and seeking answers to the vital questions of life. Ignorance can be overcome by asking the most important question – ‘Who am I?’
When we ask, ‘Who am I?' we will get various answers. ‘Am I this body?’ Of course, we have a body but are we the body? When was this body created? This body was created over nine months in the womb of our mother but we were born much earlier than that. We were conceived when the first cell of existence, the zygote, was created. A Spark Of Unique Life, SOUL, gave life to the zygote and then from one cell, it multiplied to two, to four, to eight, to sixteen, to thirty-two and so on, till it became twenty-five billion cells and then, we were delivered to this earth on a date, which we celebrate as our birthday. Our birth certificate tells us that it is the date of our birth but in reality, it is only an arrival date on earth. Therefore, we are not this body that was formed. One day, this body will die. Death is certain. Every ‘body’ must die and when the body dies, people will say that we passed away. They are so sure that we passed away that they would destroy our body by either cremating or burying it. These facts prove and ensure us that we are not the physical body.
So, are we the mind? Where is the mind? When we try to find our mind, where it is, we cannot find. Mind is just a bundle of thoughts. As long as the thoughts exist, the mind exists. The moment the thoughts cease to exist, the mind ceases to exist too. Therefore, we are neither the body nor the mind. If we are neither the body nor the mind but we exist, then, who are we? Realizing ‘Who am I?’ is Awakening. It is Spiritual Enlightenment.
Spiritual Enlightenment is a journey of finding out that I am not ‘I’. When we realize that I am not ‘I’, then I am able to let go of my ego because it is the ego that says, ‘I, me and mine.’ The ego will say, ‘I am John’ but was I John when I was born? No! I was just a baby boy. The baby that was born was not John. John is just a name but unfortunately, we believe that we are our name. When we look at a picture or a group photograph, we will point out and say, ‘Hey, that is me.’ But that is not me, that is just my body. The ego sticks to the false identity. Unless we overcome our ignorance and realize the truth, we will always live as this body, mind and ego and will suffer the triple suffering - physical pain, the misery of the mind and anguish of ego in the form of anger, hate, revenge and jealousy. All of this disappears when there is a Spiritual Awakening, an Enlightenment. All this happens with the Realization of the truth.
Therefore, we have to let go of our ego, the ‘I’. There is a simple formula -
Man – Ego = God
God + Ego = Man
Because of ignorance we believe that we are the body that we appear to be while in reality, we are the Divine Soul. Ignorance creates the ego. We human beings live and die but this is not the end. If we do not find out, ‘Who am I?' then we will return to this earth in a rebirth because we will have Karma to redeem. Karma is actions performed by the physical body, directed by the Mind and Ego, ME. Each action, good or bad, becomes a seed that is planted and has to bear fruit. To reap the rewards or fruits of our actions, the Mind and Ego, ME makes us return to earth in a rebirth.
If we want Spiritual Awakening or Enlightenment, we have to let go of ‘I’. We have to realize – ‘I am nothing. I am just a Spark Of Unique Life, a SOUL that arrives at conception and departs at death. The Soul is a part of SIP, the Supreme Immortal Power and so, I am the Divine Soul.’ The moment we realize this, we are awakened. We achieve the goal and realize that we are the Divine Soul. Then, we do not return to earth in a rebirth. We attain Liberation and ultimately, at death of the body, get unified with the Divine, SIP, the Supreme Immortal Power.

A Spark Of Unique Life, SOUL, gave life to the zygote and then from one cell, it multiplied to two, to four, to eight, to sixteen, to thirty-two and so on, till it became twenty-five billion cells and then, we were delivered to this earth on a date, which we celebrate as our birthday. Our birth certificate tells us that it is the date of our birth but in reality, it is only an arrival date on earth. Therefore, we are not this body that was formed. One day, this body will die. Death is certain. Every ‘body’ must die and when the body dies, people will say that we passed away. They are so sure that we passed away that they would destroy our body by either cremating or burying it. These facts prove and ensure us that we are not the physical body.
So, are we the mind? Where is the mind? When we try to find our mind, where it is, we cannot find. Mind is just a bundle of thoughts. As long as the thoughts exist, the mind exists. The moment the thoughts cease to exist, the mind ceases to exist too. Therefore, we are neither the body nor the mind. If we are neither the body nor the mind but we exist, then, who are we? Realizing ‘Who am I?’ is Awakening. It is Spiritual Enlightenment.
Spiritual Enlightenment is a journey of finding out that I am not ‘I’. When we realize that I am not ‘I’, then I am able to let go of my ego because it is the ego that says, ‘I, me and mine.’ The ego will say, ‘I am John’ but was I John when I was born? No! I was just a baby boy. The baby that was born was not John. John is just a name but unfortunately, we believe that we are our name. When we look at a picture or a group photograph, we will point out and say, ‘Hey, that is me.’ But that is not me, that is just my body. The ego sticks to the false identity. Unless we overcome our ignorance and realize the truth, we will always live as this body, mind and ego and will suffer the triple suffering - physical pain, the misery of the mind and anguish of ego in the form of anger, hate, revenge and jealousy. All of this disappears when there is a Spiritual Awakening, an Enlightenment. All this happens with the Realization of the truth.
Therefore, we have to let go of our ego, the ‘I’. There is a simple formula -
Man – Ego = God
God + Ego = Man
Because of ignorance we believe that we are the body that we appear to be while in reality, we are the Divine Soul. Ignorance creates the ego. We human beings live and die but this is not the end. If we do not find out, ‘Who am I?' then we will return to this earth in a rebirth because we will have Karma to redeem. Karma is actions performed by the physical body, directed by the Mind and Ego, ME. Each action, good or bad, becomes a seed that is planted and has to bear fruit. To reap the rewards or fruits of our actions, the Mind and Ego, ME makes us return to earth in a rebirth.
If we want Spiritual Awakening or Enlightenment, we have to let go of ‘I’. We have to realize – ‘I am nothing. I am just a Spark Of Unique Life, a SOUL that arrives at conception and departs at death. The Soul is a part of SIP, the Supreme Immortal Power and so, I am the Divine Soul.’ The moment we realize this, we are awakened. We achieve the goal and realize that we are the Divine Soul. Then, we do not return to earth in a rebirth. We attain Liberation and ultimately, at death of the body, get unified with the Divine, SIP, the Supreme Immortal Power.

- How long did you start to feel better after taking CSM binder (Cholestyramine)
- Is this a lifelong condition once you have discovered your allergy/sensitivity? Is re-exposure to water damaged/mouldy buildings going to set you back to square one every time? Mould exists everywhere! Especially where I live in FNQ tropical Australia. Although I have moved to a better property now (1st floor, well ventilated and no history of flooding) unlike previous property.
- Will I have to live with my new food intolerances and sensitivities for the rest of my life? I cannot eat gluten, soy, fermented foods, nuts, shellfish, cheese, some fruits and vegetables and the list goes on …. Or will I be able to get back to eating these over time as I reduce the mould toxins in my body?
- I have body swelling, mainly in my legs, some in my arms which worsens with re-exposure and to certain foods. It kind of feels like water retention but it isn’t, has anyone else experienced this?
- Has anyone found Infared saunas useful? If so, how often and for how long per session?
- I have high glycolic (oxolates) has anyone else experienced oxolate issue as a symptom of mould? Will this go away as I treat the mould or should this be treated separately?
- I have issues with my eyes, they feel like they are pulsating/buzzing and worsen with exposure and to certain foods. Has anyone else experienced this? I have no idea if it’s to do with mould, histamine or oxalates … I’m worried the toxins are in my brain and have gotten behind my eyes. This sickness makes me so paranoid.
- Females … do you find symptoms worse before your period? The fatigue, swelling, anxiety ect worsens the week/10 days prior to my period. I have always had pms but since I have had the mycotoxins and problems with mould they have been 10x worse.
- I take Ketotifen and LDN which have given me some life back. I take a lot of supplements too, too many to list but they don’t seem to touch me like Ketotifen and LDN do. I think Pepcid also gives me a little relief and then I take antihistamines when required. I do worry about all these drugs and the long term health implications. Can anyone offer some peace of mind?
- Based on my results, is there anything I should consider medication/diet/treatment wise that has worked well in your experience that I’m not already doing that I should consider trying?

Recently I have been making my way up through ranked single and have been encountering more and more players with very light reverse joint ACs whose strategy is stack themselves with long range missiles and run away while strafing. Unfortunately this is a hard counter to my standard leg close range build which has trouble ever catching up to them and ends up getting worn down the whole match without doing damage. Short of revising my whole build is there a good strategy for countering this, mainly looking for a good recommendation for weapons that can track and hit reliably long range. Nothing I’ve tried has worked yet and it’s a bit disheartening lol.

I apologize if my language is not good because my first language is not English. I (23F) has been with my partner (33M) (Let's call him Kevin) for 4 years now. Kevin was married before and had a divorce after his wife cheated on him. I met him through one of cousin (26F) (Let's call her Bailey) during a tragic period of my life (this was because Bailey had to stay at my parent's house due to Visa issues and making my life an absolute nightmare).
To give a little bit about my background, I'm the youngest of my family and did not have a good relationship with my parents or siblings because they were absent for most of my life. I spent most of my childhood alone in my room. The situation worsened with time to the point that they won't even call me out for a family birthday and just drop a piece of cake at my room. This was the exact point which Bailey used to manipulate and control me for 8 months.
So back to the story, Kevin was the first to notice Bailey's behavior and informed my parents, saving me from all the chaos. I was too distorted after all the events and Kevin made sure to stay with me, helping me recover. With time, we started dating, he helped me pursue my studies. During my studies, Kevin's friends got him into debt by taking a secured loan for his bike. The friend was not willing to pay him back, so I offered to take up a part-time job to help him out (Kevin was unemployed at the time which I assumed was because he was recovering from his failed marriage) He insisted at first, but gradually agreed.
He also time to time loaned some money from me for a business, which all succeeded for sometime but ultimately failed. He also applied for jobs but didn't end up more than a week in any of them as he was either dissatisfied with the payment or waking up early. By the time I graduated, I got into a good job with a decent pay. Things started changing from there as I had to go to work and was spending less time with him (this is because of work, but I made sure to visit him after work and in the weekends). He developed the mindset that since I'm earning now that I'm trying to control him with the power of money.
I tried my best to make him not feel this way and starting finding time to spend with him despite work. This led to me taking constant leaves at the job and not being present online when working from home. Meanwhile, I got pregnant, and he was blaming me that I didn't keep a watch on my dates. My periods stopped a long time back due to contraception so was not aware of this. I wanted to keep the baby, but he disagreed saying we can't afford to take care of it, ultimately leading to an abortion.
The abortion was haunting me for a while, causing Kevin and I to have constant fights. It also led to him and I attacking each other and had to go for counselling, where I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. I started taking medication, he was becoming supportive and things were good for a while. Then I got infected with Dengue and was hospitalized for about a week. Kevin only visited me once (around the 4th day of getting hospitalized), and gave the excuse that my mother is a nurse so there's nothing he could do by being present there as I'm already being taken care of . This made my mom upset, and she started disliking him.
Things escalated with time, and the constant drama started making my condition worse. My parents lost at the constant fights between us and decided to ask him to stop. This made him angry (forgot to mention he has anger issues) and he picked a fight with them. I left home, got married and moved in with him. A few months after I lost my job, due constantly being absent due to all the drama. Kevin was mad at first but was supportive later, encouraging me to find a new job. He also offered to pick up a job so that we could take care of ourselves.
Somehow within a week I was able to land on a new job. We finished paying off his debts and was living together good. At first I was taking care of the rent, he was taking care of the bills (from small businesses) and the food was provided by his parents. And then his friends (19-21M) came into the picture, he spent all his earned money to party with them, gave up doing his business, and was always chilling with them at home. He's friends were always at our house, and slowly he starting spending more time with them than me. I was trying to nicely explain it to him, which would make him angry. He started becoming abusive towards me (He hit me with a stand fan on my leg and didn't take me for treatment as he mentioned he only gave a touch).
When home, he would mostly spend time on his phone, would refuse to spend time with me, and anytime I try to speak he would scold and lay hands on me for raising my voice. Things escalated until one day I asked him to take me shopping for a family event (note this was the first time I was doing something for myself after a long time). He took me out the entire week only because either he was tired or he didn't want to visit more than one place a day (had to run back to his friends). - He would never listen to my day, problems, or hardships I'm going through sometimes (He would either get mad, would take it as a joke or dismiss it with a "hmm").
- He makes sick jokes about my parents and would constantly belittle them.
- He rarely has s** with me, and would mostly dismiss me if I bring it up.
- He would care for me when I'm dead sick (nausea) but would dismiss if there's no symptoms showing out (fever, bodily pain, BPD).
- He has never bought me a present on my birthday or our anniversary expect in the first year (not that I expect anything but it would have being nice time to time)
- He would try to bring his friend on dates, because he finds it boring to hang out only with me.

I'm looking for a film that is most likely French (could be Italian) that I saw in the late 90s or early 2000s. I'm fairly certain that is was made in the 90s, but I don't remember the title, director or any actors. A brief summary of the plot is as follows (I saw this over 20 years ago, so some details may be wrong):
A young teenage boy (I would say 15, tops) is all alone in the world after his mother gets sick and dies. He takes a job as a busboy in a fancy restaurant on a wharf, probably on the Mediterranean. There he makes friends with a man who is a waiter there. The owner of the restaurant (played by a large man who, I think, has long hair and a beard) is going through serious psychological issues and his restaurant takes a dive. His wife leaves him, the staff also leave one-by-one, until it's only the boy, the man and one other young woman remaining in addition to the restaurant owner. The woman is now the cook, but she has no training and simply took over from someone who left. The restaurant owner only cares about getting served meals by his staff daily and doesn't care what it is. At one point, the woman serves him squid ink pasta made with stationery ink and he eats it without comment. Eventually, the man leaves, warning the boy that he should leave too since this job is no good and the owner is unstable. The woman also cannot go on and duly quits - leaving the restaurant with just the owner and the boy. There are no customers or anything by this stage and there haven't been for a while.
Since he is the only one left, the owner directs the boy to make him something to eat but the boy is young and can't make anything. This causes the owner to go completely crazy, setting the restaurant on fire and attacking the boy. They both fall off the wharf on to the sandy beach below. The fall causes the boy to break his legs and he can't escape. The owner grabs him and murders him off camera. The boy's body is taken to the morgue. The final scene is a nice looking car (maybe a Mercedes) driving out of the morgue with the boy's coffin on the roof. The car stops and the window winds down to reveal who claimed the body of this boy who has no one. It turns out it was the man he befriended while working at the restaurant who will now give him a burial when no one else would or could.
