Last Tuesday, May 21st, I ordered the Odyssey OLED G9 from Samsung's website. The web page stated that there would be an estimated delivery by May 23rd if I chose their White Glove Service or regular delivery. I chose the former. On May 22nd, I received a text message and email stating that my monitor has shipped and there would be an expected delivery by May 23rd.
On May 23rd, I checked the Samsung App and found that the package is still in shipping, not in transit. I checked the RXO tracking webpage and it only showed that they have received my order, but they are still waiting for it to arrive at their hub. 3 support agents that I contacted via live chat throughout the morning stated that it would arrive by May 24th and the RXO would contact me 24 hours before delivery. So the 24th rolled out and there was no phone call or notification that my monitor would be arriving that day. Annoyed by that fact, I messaged 2 support agents (1 late morning and the other at 8 pm) and they said they would keep track and email me for any updates with my package. On Sunday I decided to "Email the CEO's office" regarding my package's issue thinking in my mind they wouldn't read my email.
Yesterday morning I contacted a support agent once more to see if I could cancel the shipment because it would have been basically a week since I've ordered the monitor and that it would be faster for me to pick up the monitor at a nearby Best Buy (of course that didn't work as my package was supposedly still in shipping). Later just after 12 PM I noticed that I received an email from their Escalations department "Tier 3" asking when would be the best time for them to call me.
After scheduling a time, the Executive Case Manager called me at approximately 11 AM today and basically told me the same thing the other support agents had told me; he would internally investigate what is happening to my order and he would call me soon. An hour after the call I hopped on to RXO's live chat to see if they could find out internally where my package is. For some odd reason, the live chat agent noticed that there was no information regarding my tracking number and that I should call their number (TL;DR the person behind the phone transferred me to Samsung's support agent and they had told me that I have already escalated to the highest level, and I should not do anything else because of that).
My ranting is basically over with nothing else to say. The last time I had Samsung ship something was when I pre-ordered the S23 Ultra along with 2 cases, a wireless charger, and a screen protector, and they arrived on time.

Also, sorry this is so long,,,, I just wanted to give as much info as possible for the best advice. Pics were taken last night. I've(F23) had this issue since last year in May(2023) and it has gotten significantly worse as time goes on. It is only on the left side of my face, my right side is completely clear. Every time I get home from work, including when id get home from school as a teen, my entire face gets extremely red and super hot and it hurts/burns, not sure if this is relevant but figured id mention it. Sometimes it also itches, but not always, I do everything possible to avoid touching and scratching and picking. Anyways, I was on the pill for a year prior to May(2023) but switched to depo because I was just simply too forgetful. I assumed it was depo doing this to me and just kind of ignored it until it got really bad around August and started asking my dr what was going on with my face. I haven't had a dose of depo since November 16th or the 17th as well. While I was in Oregon(lived there for 2 years, moved back to Texas in January this year 2024) I had health insurance, and my dr had given me several treatments of ketoconazole(I think I spelled that right) and it did nothing. I also dont have insurance anymore because, well, its Texas and healthcare is fucking ridiculous here. My dr in Oregon also constantly refused to let me see/get a referral for a dermatologist. It did not clear it up, calm it or anything of the sort. I even took yeast tablets that I had been prescribed. Nothing. I've tried I don't know how many face washes, creams, serums, natural remedies and so much more that I've tried. You name it, there's a good possibility i have done it. I have lost count at this point on what i have tried. And yes I give each product at minimum 14 days of use just in case something works because I know things don't work overnight, not usually. The only thing that seems to kind of be helping is the Elf moisturizer "Holy Hydration!" Its the blue tube. It makes my face not nearly as red, still red tho, and it doesn't burn or itch when I use it so I have stuck with that since November but that's about it. Everything else is just ass pretty much. It's still hell unfortunately though. I don't know what to do at this point. I feel ugly as all hell. I haven't taken a photo of myself since February as well because I'm just so embarrassed. So many always ask, "what's wrong with your face?" Like gee thanks. So i stopped taking pics, posting myself, etc. (Rule #1 that i was taught as a kid: if you can't fix it in 5 seconds, like something in your teeth, you say nothing.) I would love a skincare routine, too. I used to have one because i had always wanted one, but since all this started, I don't anymore because my skin just isn't letting me. It's pure chaos out here. I'm willing to try anything at this point, even if it's a natural remedy or whatever. TIA! ♡ |

Dissociating used to be so uncomfortable for me. What I am realizing is I’ve maybe gotten used to it. However because of that I feel so disconnected from everything. The people I love regularly share vulnerable things with me and I can hardly keep focus on what they are saying. I don’t feel any emotions and if I do they feel more like thoughts than feelings. I have become manipulative and selfish. I am tired all the time. I intellectualize everything I feel. I think?
I don’t know what to do to reconnect with myself. It feels like I need someone to shake me awake or something. I know that if I lost the people in my life I would be devastated but currently I don’t feel anything for them. I feel like a horrible person on a daily basis.
I’ve gone through mental health treatment and it seemed to help for a while but I have found myself back in this weird numb space where nothing feels right. I have found with most therapy I go through a phase of almost mania where I think life is beautiful and I feel connected again but it always goes away.
I feel like I am slowly dying. Please if you have any recommendations let me know. I need tools I need help.

For context I'm a 30 year old failure/ joke of a man with a bachelors degree, who sorta fell off life's stable track five years ago. It started with an awful breakup with the love of my life, which unleashed a severe case of anxiety and depressive episodes which made me unfit to study or work. I was really sick. Then Corona happened and well the shutdowns and stuff made putting off stuff "easier" i guess but it also reinvigorated and reinforced old scars.
Then I had a somatic condition that required surgery with an awkward wound that took the better part of year to heal. No work no studying. No we're almost three and some years in people. Then as I was getting ready to start something and be myself again the worst thing happened. My mom and only parent died the 23rd of December and I found her Christmas Day. I was mostly alone in handling that. That ordeal completely crushed me, and cost another year of bullshit. Then I found my long lost dad who basically abandoned me. That made everything come back to me and made me realize how much I've lost.
Now it's all gone. Lost some of the best years of my life. My parents are gone, my friends have become strangers, I've become isolated, depression brain-dumb, and ofc gained weight. I'm uglier and dumber than I have ever been before. I've lost everyone and everything I ever cared about. My identity, hope for the future and essence of who I was has turned into dust. I am so ashamed for having wasted the gifts of the opportunities I was given. I'm so sorry and so mad at myself for being this terrible at getting my act in order. I'm so tired of not being myself and being a boy in a man's shape. I'm such laughing stock, and I don't blame anyone for not taking me serious.
So here I am so very tired, so alone and so utterly done. Some part of me knows that it's me who's the problem. Let's face it, if everything's turned into dust and all the people who I loved aren't there anymore then what's the common denominator? Me. I am clearly not good enough, otherwise I would matter to someone in a significant way. I don't, and I don't blame them, it's my responsibility and fault. I don't fit in, and I'm clearly not robust enough to deal with the world. I guess I'm just the dead end of the gene pool, the individual who lost because other people have better genes and personality traits to pass on.
So I think it's soon time to end this charade of a life. Part of me thinks (and it's a cringe reference which makes me sound like a parody of a Reddit otaku edge lord who studied the blade) that it's reminiscent of a samurai committing seppuku. I know that I have utterly failed, and deserve death. I should stop wasting peoples time and planetary resources, end it all and regain just a smudge of well, honor is kind of a dead term so I'll use, self-respect instead. I'll have peace and they'll know "okay damn he actually had the courage to do it" and at the same time be subconsciously grateful for being elated over not having to worry. My non practical navel gazing bullshit that's really not anyone else's problem or concern can go away along with me.
I am getting treatment but I do feel myself slipping and have had some trial runs. I really feel like I'm one or two bad experiences away from digging out some alcohol for courage and just getting on with it. Wrote letters way back. Everything's "settled" so I can just step off at any time.

Turns out I’ve been having false memories and thought I was doing my job and I wasn’t. Now the OCD has taken a hold of this and I can’t even fathom continuing to work. I can’t stomach the idea of telling anyone I lied to them even though I genuinely thought I was telling the truth.
I have a project based job and the deadline is in a year. I can’t go back and fix anything, I can only try to make up for it in the future. I’m truly imploding I can’t stomach this. I feel like a terrible person and a liar. I basically told on myself to my boss that I’m worried I missed some things because my anxiety had been pretty noticeable but I only very recently realized that I was having false memories. I was telling them I did tasks that I never did.
I don’t even know what I’m looking for here. I start PHP soon but I don’t know how to cope until then. I love my job I love the people I work for and I lied to them. Do I keep telling on myself or do I wait if/until someone notices?

Let's start, I am black, 24f, I grew up in a large city (won't say where) in a two parent household (uncommon in my community), and my parents are absolute IDIOTS!
I'm pretty sure both of my parents are undiagnosed, they've just been floating around with it though my mom is a mental health tech and my father has been in therapy for decades.
But lets start with my childhood, my dad was in a weird pro-black religious cult for most of my upbringing and my mom was practically in a christian cult. During my childhood I had a lot of unnecessary rules... couldn't wear pants, jewelry, nail polish, eat most meats or seafood, listening to certain types of music, couldn't go out on Saturdays cus of the sabboth, etc..
My father had a lot of physical illness and was constantly in and out of the hospital so once my dad got a corrective surgery at like 12 he then left for a younger woman... and barely cared to provide afterwards.
Cue in my mother, shes never truly liked me. Always made it vividly clear she preferred my older sister over me.. which I have concluded is because of the tumultuous pregnancy of my father cheating whilst pregnant.. in and out of jobs.. as well as me being more open minded and strong willed than my (very vividly mentally unwell) sister. She would compare our appearances.. since I tend to get a lot of compliments on my appearance, and would often scold me for being vain if I chose to wear makeup or dress moderately nice.
I have done well for myself academically and now financially. and whenever she could find one thing "imperfect" about me she BLEW IT UP! She often called me useless and that my accomplishments were worth nothing because of my "sins." Called me fat from gaining weight on antidepressants. She beat me twice as much as my sister growing up, sometimes my dad having to pry her off of me over something as small as dishes, she never awarded me for doing well, and would always mention how my sister was so much better than me at xyz, or called me weak for not wanting to talk about Armageddon and the intricate details of her failed marriage.
Now, as you can imagine, I support myself financially 100% and I am struggling a bit but I am good at budgeting and living far below my means. Neither parent has successfully held down a job long enough to even consider putting me on their insurance since 19.. and my sister can't work very much. Oh and OFC my mother is pacifying my sister's mental illness, and my father is fake worried with little to no action behind his useless concern.
I recently cut off my dad after he told me he wished he could go back in time and "annex" my existence, we also had some unnecessary fight after he was being weird about my "OWN" car insurance and wanting me to spend over a G to celebrate his 50th in the Caribbean. I am now thinking about cutting off my mom, for no reason as of now other than she just aggravates me and listening to the chaos of her life stresses me out (particularly because I would save her from bad decisions or give her a lot of money even in my teens) and she's always bragging about how good of job she did because of how I turned out.. but that's because I fear failure and know they'd leave me for dead so I'm hypervigilant.
I guess, I am curious how people are going on without any family at all. I don't have extended family either so I want to know how people who are completely estranged from their relatives are holding up? Honoring your parents is crippling in the black community, so it makes separating from them completely to be daunting.

I am now thinking about cutting off my mom, for no reason as of now other than she just aggravates me and listening to the chaos of her life stresses me out (particularly because I would save her from bad decisions or give her a lot of money even in my teens) and she's always bragging about how good of job she did because of how I turned out.. but that's because I fear failure and know they'd leave me for dead so I'm hypervigilant.
I guess, I am curious how people are going on without any family at all. I don't have extended family either so I want to know how people who are completely estranged from their relatives are holding up? Honoring your parents is crippling in the black community, so it makes separating from them completely to be daunting.

The claustrophobic hotels, the water parks, the long claustrophobic car ride, Im just not a fan at all. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, I love my family, I love my mom, but I hate trips to Orlando (or any road trips tbh it's not not my thing). I actually told her multiple times prior that I didn't want to go to a water park or Orlando, every time she asked what I wanted to do for my birthday the answer was "I'm not sure, I just know I don't want to go to Orlando" and then she excitedly told me we were going to Orlando a few days ago.
The thing is me and my brother are sharing this birthday since we were born 5 days apart, (he's turning 7). I know if I bring it up it'll be "well it's his birthday too". He would enjoy any thing, he's 7. It's MY birthday too. Why not do smth we both enjoy, instead of just him and labeling it as "his too" yk? But at the same time I feel really ungrateful and snobby.. Like it's around a 600$ trip, but I kinda just wanted a BBQ in the back yard or smth small. Or even just going out for dinner or a pool party or smth.
I just can't imagine spending my birthday weekend, happily, in a car for 2 hrs, then a small hotel (with 5 other people, 2 adults and kids ages 11, 7, 3 and 8 months) for 2 days, followed by another 2 hr car ride. On top of that, I'm not really a big fan of water parks in general. (And I've said this on multiple occasions)
I just feel really ungrateful towards my mom, but at the same time I really don't want to do that for my birthday, and Ive made that clear way before, like MONTHS before my birthday was coming up. It just feels like my husband is constantly hostile with me, on things big and small. Smallest example, today we were both on a zoom with a therapist for one of our kids. We were mostly listening to feedback from the therapist. My ten year old son gave me a small candy and I ate it. My husband texts me “why are you eating? Rude”. I would bet money the therapist didn’t even notice! I’m an adult and it seems it should be my decision and while I wouldn’t eat a whole meal or snack in the meeting it was one small gummy candy. This was probably the smallest example ever but it made me really mad, feeling like I can’t do anything right!

I am in my last 20's and he's in his late 30's.

We did everything together before, he used to take me out on dates, etc.

Last year (2022) I e-filed my taxes on TurboTax. They were immediately rejected, with a code that meant something along the lines of “your pin/SSN has been used to file already”. Obviously not true, because that was my only time filing for that year. I was filing right at the deadline, so while trying to figure out the issue, my taxes were late. I sent them in by mail and received my state tax return, but not my federal.
Fast forward to 2023 filing through FreeTaxUSA, and the SAME THING is happening. State is in the process of going through but I guess I missed a signature so I’ll send that out this week and see if they accept. Really frustrating to have my taxes rejected two years in a row.
To make matters worse, the IRS sent me a letter saying I owe $521 from my 2022 taxes. I am head of household, relatively low income, and I have one dependent. I also take out a decent chunk in taxes from my paycheck. My return was supposed to be somewhere around $4-5k, which I obviously never received. In what world do I owe $521??? I’m going to appeal before they file for a levy, but I just don’t understand how any of this works and I feel so stressed out constantly about it.
I’m wondering if all this is happening because two years ago (after 2021 filing but before 2022 filing) my car was rummaged through and my son’s social security card was taken. Could someone be trying to use his SSN to claim him as a dependent? And how can I find this out/take action against it?

So when I was 17F I got with someone who was 22M. I had to lie about my age and say I was 18 because it was through a dating app so he thought I was 18. Everything that happened was consensual but I remember feeling like I was slightly coerced. I was in a really bad place at the time so I wasn’t thinking straight and was HEAVILY dependent on other people’s validation at the time (especially men).
It was my 18th birthday a few weeks after us meeting and he found out. He was really angry at me for lying but most annoyed about the idea something could’ve happened to him like legally. Even though the age of consent in the country I live in is 16. So despite being ‘angry’ he continued to talk to me and try to initiate more meetings. He turned 23 in the summer and still continued to speak to me. I felt really weird and scared about meeting him again. Thankfully one of my friends talked me out of it. I started university that same year a couple months later and got into a relationship with someone around the same age as me.
I had this really weird urge to reach out to him after my 3 year relationship ended. So I was 21 at this time and he was 25 about to turn 26. It didn’t feel so inappropriate and scary to speak to him because I was older. But the power dynamics stayed the similar where I felt obliged to speak to him/please him/he would make fun of me a lot etc and he kept telling me how he’d wished we’d done more when we met (when i was 17). Whatever. Then I found out he had a girlfriend. He told me he would never have cheated on her with me he was just tempted because their relationship was in a bad place. He told me he thought of me as his sister?????????? And that I’m a good kid?????? I felt like shit and used so stopped speaking to him altogether. I hated myself for even entertaining him but I don’t know why I just kept wanting to go back to him in some way especially because i was so heartbroken about my own ex.
I was disgusted by the fact he almost cheated I cut him off we didn’t speak properly again until he messaged me telling me him and his gf had broken up. This was last year. I wanted to see him but it didn’t work out for whatever reason because of timing.
Now this year. I just turned 24 and he is 28 about to turn 29. He wished me happy birthday which i thought was so weird especially because of what happened on my 18th. And because we’re not that close. I always end up speaking to him when i feel bad, like i want to punish myself even more, that’s the pattern i’ve realised. Anyway flash forward to right now after 6 years we were finally going to meet again in person. He’d made the bookings and I asked a question: ‘did you mean what you said when you said you liked younger women?’
Because about 3 weeks ago he said he liked ‘young and fit’ weird and grossed me out so much. So i wanted to ask what that meant before we met up. What’s crazy is what he did with me when I was 17 and constantly mentioning it and keeping tabs on me for this long did not even cross my mind. I didn’t even think it was so crazy until now. So after I asked him that - he basically went insane. Started swearing at me and calling me crazy?? I have never seen this side to him before. When all I asked for was clarification because it made me uncomfortable. He told me he never wants to see me or talk to me again for insinuating that about him? I am so beyond lost. And i am shocked at my own reaction I kept trying to call him and apologise. ??? I have no idea where this amount of desperation came from when I hadn’t even done anything to apologise over. He told me to go away after I begged him to speak to me. Strange because he used to beg me to meet up and now I was finally giving him exactly what he wanted.
This happened just now. I talked to my sister at length about it and she says it made him so insecure because he clearly does like younger women and is a creep. Now I am rethinking everything I know it sounds so dumb that I kept talking to him in between and did not question anything. The kind of attention and treatment he gave me when I was younger made me feel so safe and like I could always go back to him. (And at that age even at this age I have only ever had bad male role models or really awful romantic relationships with men) so it’s all adding up. It shouldn’t feel like a big deal because now it’s 24F and 28M but it does within our context. What’s worse is now he’s pulling away I feel more desperate than ever to see him. I feel sick and I hate myself.

I think it began earlier than even I know - the feeling that I don't belong, I'm annoying, I have no one and nothing that truly accepts me. My mother loved me. Don't get me wrong on that. But I hurt her irreparably and I felt for a time that there were things I could not tell her. There were incidents that just hurt me and she was sick so I could not even risk hurting her. I remember the first time I prayed to God to kill me, to change me, to give me some disease or ailment so I would finally have friends or attention and if nothing else I would die. I remember crying on my bedroom floor just wanting and longing for a world in which I wasn't there or where things were different. Maybe a year later, my mother was diagnosed with cancer. To me, this was my fault. She always prayed for us, and my 11 year old logic was that her prayer intercepted mine, it was stronger. God gave her the disease meant for me. I should have been the one dying. Not her. She was the perfect mother. Yes she made mistakes but she was perfect for us. She raised us with a calmness and collectedness. All of us turned out well because of her. Yes, my father too. But I have some resentment held down inside that I cannot get past and thus don't attribute credit to him. While this is not a source of discontent until later, he was always hard to involve in my interests since they were not sports. He was there for everything for my brothers, but when it came to me and dance or showing livestock, it was something you knew he didn't truly want to be there for. I auctioned a steer the year my mom died. He was texting some new woman the entire time. I don't even know that he got any pictures that were worthwhile. It's not a big thing and people have far more serious issues, but this one bothered me. It was the beginning of his life change. A change that felt like he didn't want us, parts of his old life, anymore.

Now, I'm like miles away from my family. I do feel like I owe them something, for everything good they've done for me. Ok so i wanted to share what happened to me. Basically, i never had any anxiety whatsoever, i didnt even knew it existed, never heard anyone around me about it either.
Smoked weed from 15 till 19, no problems, just made me paranoid and i quit without problems because i felt like a total junkie that everyone was staring at
Smoked cigarettes from 15 until 26,quit 2 months ago for about 1 month and started again for around 2 weeks with the same amou nt as always (3 quarter pack a day), then decided to quit again because it made me very uncomfortable and i actually felt like i was just killing myself with it for the first time, it feels disgusting to do knowing that im just fucking my body with it. During the last 2 weeks i somedays smoked 1-4 cigarettes or none, kinda back and forth, but i used at least 3-5 nicotine gums (4mg) each day regardless from the first time of quitting I can easily quit smoking i noticed because of the gums, but im afraid of the initial nicotine withdrawal should i stop the gums and i noticed that hanging with friends who smoke is my downfall, because if i dont have ciggarettes in my vicinity i dont smoke, like its that easy, im also not gonna buy them, and to top it off the prices have risen insanely the last years so to me the timing is perfect to quit, which would leave me only with nicotine withdrawal/addiction for now.
Drank heavily since around 20, going to parties every weekend friday and saturday, downing ungodly amounts of liqour and beers, because my tolerance was so high, people were almost passing out and i was still making drinks for myself haha, but this led to daytime and weekday drinking too, almost every day i would drink until around 6 months ago, i completely quit because my health deteriorated very much and it felt just so bad, aside from getting mentally and physically fucked by it.
Now comes the fun part
So i was still drinking at 25,working in an office, still smoking how i used to, also i started drinking coffee during this period which i never did before, and i drank pretty strong coffee Never had stress ever, i was always 'way' too relaxed in my own words. I had abused diazepam benzo recreationally without knowing jack shit about the harmful effects, taking up to 50mg a day for no reason for a period of around 2 months leading up to this
I remember quitting the benzos 'because i didnt have anymore' and i didnt need it, and i thought to myself why the fuck do i even take these, so about 5 days or slightly more quitting cold turkey, i was working and went outside to drink coffee and also smoke, not having drank alcohol for the past 3 days too, went into an online meeting and got a full blown panic attack. Since then it happened multiple times in a short period, so i decided to quit booze cold turkey shortly after while i was still in the benzo withdrawal, great success like borat would say right? Well, i went through a living hell, its been around 8 months ago this happened.
So then shortly after quitting the booze which caused me even more anxiety and panic i did around a month of temazepam which was lower in mg, around 20mg per day i would say because i just couldnt handle it anymore, eventually after that month i asked my doctor for a taper dose for 6 weeks, and eventually got off it.
So this was just to show the background, what is happening now is that ive been off booze and benzos for around 7 months. I occasionally drank during that time until now, lets say 5 times, and i noticed peaks in anxiety the next 4 or 5 days. Now im trying to quit smoking after that failed month.
However, im dealing with insane amounts of stress some days, ever since that shit happened i have had general anxiety and ever since i quit smoking im really paranoid about my heartbeat and constantly paying attention to it which stresses me more in any given situation, which in turns worsens the anxiety. I havent smoked in around 5 days and today i just wanted to see what would happen if i just smoked 1. I was already a bit stressed in general the whole day and then when i smoked i felt my heartbeat shoot up and i felt very anxious and uncomfortable and started sweating, this is what usually happens to me and if i pay more attention to it it can go into a panic attack too, and just from 1 fucking cigarette.. And before those 5 days i felt generally good and didnt have anything except for constantly paranoid with my heart rate and letting the stress almost consume me.
Apologies for the long post but i feel like these things should be explained carefully
I started going to the gym 5 weeks ago and people are already telling me my body and face look way better, i sleep at least 7 hours a day which before would be maximum of 5 for all these years. And i feel way better in general.
My questions. -Is the stress and anxiety that im experiencing a possible aftershock from doing all this crap i said above? And would i be able to return to my normal mental state? Looking at that its already taking many months..
-What advice can i get for the smoking, i already set my mind to quitting and i know i can do it, but i want to quit those nicotine gums because nicotine itself also causes this stress on your body and keeps the addiction alive, but im afraid of the withdrawal.
-is there anyone else with a similar situation that has advice for me?
-What can i do about constantly stressing over my own heartbeat, even with the slightest pounding or irregularity?
-is it normal that i felt like this after having that 1 cigarette? I never had any problems with it before, is it the tolerance?
-Any more general advice?
My advice -Dont do fucking benzos, never, this shit ruined it for me, really guys its poison, i wish i knew sooner, i advice everyone to stay far away from this and if youre hooked, taper down asap. Its almost a death wish
-Quit smoking, it made me feel alot better in terms of health, my lungs, my wallet, the smell, teeth and mouth not stinking all day, clothes too, it removed the aches that i had in my heart and chest too, and also skin quality. and if you try to quit, put 100% of your mind to it because that slip-up is very easy.
-Cut down on drinking, i quit because i had to but didnt want to, it became very bad for my body and mental state, but drinking every weekend like most people is just making yourself stuck in a circle and keeping you unhealthy with a bad immunesystem, its a silent killer in my opinion.
-Try the gym, it helped me alot with feeling better, if you cant, try to move, run or walk atleast if you can every day
-Stop eating junkfood and stop drinking sugar, , this also fucked me and especially my stomach and skin, i eat healthier now and the difference is huge.
-what helped me especially with panic attacks is breathing hard in and out and focussing on the breathing, this prevents it from happening to me, and if it does happen, same strategy, it depletes oxygen to your brain so breathing is best to do
-i come to the realization that many people appareantly in my enviroment also have had these anxiety problems, and many said that its like an annoying kid that keeps poking, the more you give it attention the more it will come back, try to let it go over you like a wave from the ocean while youre at the beach, after some times the feeling should die down very much.

Smoked weed from 15 till 19, no problems, just made me paranoid and i quit without problems because i felt like a total junkie that everyone was staring at

So one night I was drinking with my friends and a couple of our boyfriends when everyone got tired. One couple went upstairs and it was just me my boyfriend and my bsf. My bsf fell asleep first but I was pretty awake until my boyfriend cuddled up to me with his arms around me and we fell asleep. I woke up and we were in the same position. My bsf said when she woke up that “it might have been a dream but I think he touched me while I was sleeping”. In any other scenario I would have been completely on her side. But I just can’t think of any opportunity that it could have happened, plus she was drunk and said it could’ve been a dream.
Time went on and I kind of just brushed things off because she wasn’t sure and it didn’t even seem possible. (Side note he is also extremely religious and a great guy as far as I and the people around me know). Then about a month later she blew up and said that he Sd her and she couldn’t believe I didnt believe her. So then for the sake of all my friendships I tried to convince myself that he did it, broke up with him, and tried my best to just get through it. This dinner I (18) was slapped HARD in the thigh by my teenage sister (14), and then called a bitch. What was the response my parents gave to me and my sister?
Nothing.
It has left a red mark and stings and will prpbably bruise, the reason I was slapped was because I twirled my side burn and she started to cry because she hates people twirling it, then I said "Are you seriously gonna cry over a piece of hair?" and she then slapped me with all her strength on my thigh. I bought her food today and took her to and from soccer practice at 9 am, she's literally had an amazing day yet still feels justified in hitting me because of something so minute. I turned to look at my parents and asked "What are you going to do about that?" And they literally said nothing. I kept making comments like "Wow nothing? Are yall gonna let her do that?" as they continued their conversation with my sister to no avail, I was honestly in disbelief at what was happening. They didn't say anything! Nada! I just couldn't believe it, it felt like a scene in a movie where the main character is tripping out. Honestly I got a bit sick to my stomach because me being hit obviously was nothing note worthy to these people. When I was younger I used to hit my sister when we got angry at eachother, but my father would call me an abuser and call me names like immature and psychopath. Honestly I'm so numb that I don't even feel like crying. I have gotten so much better mentally that I understand this is not my fault, but living in this shit hole is a nightmare that I can't escape from. I may be emotionally stable, but I still am surrounded by misery and abuse, I can't take it anymore. Constant yelling, fighting, blaming, hitting, from everyone around me. I'm so tired, I just want to sleep. Honestly I just wanna kill myself at this rate but am too motivated to prove these fuckers wrong to do it. I have 0 hope in my life to form good relationships that are not codependent because all I've seen is violence and lack of accountability for my sister. If you scan my old posts, you can see that I did in fact care deeply about my sister, but honestly all affection for her has died. She repeatedly mistreats, hits, and insults me after I give her what she wants (food, clothes, money) and then turns around and whines to my parents that I'M the favorite and I get all this stuff when her room is filled with brand clothing and expensive makeups. I know we are both traumatized people and don't hate her as much as my parents, but honestly I can't stand to be around such a spoiled, hurtful brat. I am fucking drowning.
